Summary:

Bee Happy Cottage is a fun, relaxed space that shares the property with The Blue Fig. We are pet friendly including a fenced-in yard, parking and all the modern conveniences. Bee Happy Cottage is part of the Turtle Getaways collection of premier vacation properties.



The Space:

Bee Happy Cottage has been newly renovated adding central air conditioning throughout the home, washer/dryer, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and microwave. The corner bench and table in the kitchen are a great place for morning coffee or playing games with the family. The living area has comfy seating facing the wall mounted TV. There is 1 designated parking spot on the property and a fenced-in yard. Bee Happy Cottage shares the ample yard with The Blue Fig. Bee Happy Cottage and The Blue Fig can be rented together for a shared vacation experience with friends and family. The yard has a shared grill, outdoor table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. Your reservation includes linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart and an umbrella. There is also an outdoor shower to ensure you have a place to wash off the sand. One and a half blocks to the beach and boardwalk is the perfect location for your summer vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with a unique door code prior to check-in. In addition, the property manager, Denise, greets all our guests to acquaint them with the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Bee is in a family friendly neighborhood one and a half blocks to the beach and boardwalk.



Getting Around:

The Bee is in walking distance to restaurants, amusements rides on the boardwalk, and the beach. We are a short drive to Cape May and other shore communities.



Other Things to Note:

There is a $50 per pet per stay fee. If you have more than one pet a separate invoice will be issued.

Note: The reservation fee collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Alert: if you have any sensitivity to pet allergens please be aware that pets are regularly present in this home.

Good location just a block and a half from the beach. Convenient yard for the dog. The provided beach gear, sheets and towels, and off street parking were a big plus. The cottage was cozy with enough room for the three of us. Beds were comfortable. Shower stall was small.

Mostly all good but needed some more kitchen things ie there was no pasta strainer, no salad bowls. Twokitchen bags isn’t enough for 4 people staying 5days.

A great find super convenient to the beach and area restaurants

We enjoyed the cottage very much. Great location and cute property. The only thing that was a surprise was the size of the shower. Pretty tiny shower. Everything else was very good, clean and comfortable

Cute dog friendly cottage in Wildwood

Great location close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Everything within short walking distance. My dog especially liked the fenced in yard for play time.

Perfect Spot for Small Group and Pet

We have stayed at the sister property (The Blue Fig) before but for this trip that was already booked so we tried out this one. Management team is super responsive, friendly and helpful; the property has all of the essentials you need for the trip, plus bonuses like beach equipment in shed and a grill. This property is a little smaller than the other so perfect for two couples and our dog. And you cannot beat the location right by the boardwalk/beach.

Perfect beach cottage

This house was perfect for our family of four. It’s in walking distance to everything. We needed a new propane tank for the grill during the week and the response time was very fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little house for a small family

Perfect house for a small family that is conveniently located near the beach and boardwalk. Bonus was that we were able to bring our dogs. There’s a small fenced in yard which was nice. Very easy to deal with Denise, the property manager. There’s a shed full of beach items like umbrellas, carts, chairs and toys- a definite space saver for the car. Will definitely stay there again if we have an opportunity to.

Bee-uitful beach house!

Bee Happy Cottage was just the right size for my husband, son and myself with our little dog. The house had a lot of old charm but was all updated and clean. I love the yellow Bee Happy theme through out, even the dishes! Denise the host has proved everything you need to feel at home, kitchen essentials, linens, bedding to anything you need for the beach. The bedrooms were a good size and had comfortable beds. The bedroom I used even had a desk that I used as my make-up vanity. Very convenient. The air conditioner worked great at no point did I feel hot or uncomfortable. House location is close walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this cozy cottage for your family vacation.

Great location

The location was perfect. We Walked to the boardwalk played minature golf. Got ice cream at duffers since we had a 4 year old with us. All within walking distance to the house.

Cute, but lacks standard amenities

The property is an older home with an unusual layout. There is a steep narrow staircase to the upstairs bedrooms and a half bath. The only full bathroom with a very small shower is on the 1st floor. The unit is cheaply furnished and lacks standard amenities such as a sponge to wash dishes, a broom to sweep sand that gets in, a toaster, ice cube trays, liners in trash receptacles in the bathrooms, extra blankets in the bedrooms (comforters were very thin) and the minimal toilet paper that was provided (1 extra roll per bathroom) was extremely thin and rough. For the price being paid guests should be provided with these standard amenities.
