Outdoor Oasis: Unwind on the back patio complete with a calming water feature, firepit, suspended day beds, covered gazebo, and misting system with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining and lounging. The resort style backyard boasts a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa alongside your own putting green and gas grilling station.

Indoor Luxury: All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Thermador appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater or relax in harmony in your very own wellness room complete with infinity tub and massage tables.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge. The spa is complimentarily heated.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
