It was a great place for two families with teens to enjoy New Years! Clean, accommodating, super quick communication! Towels and linens provided and clean. Full washer/dryer and stocked kitchen (with kcup/drip pot). It has a crock pot and pots/pans. Close to slopes and used the shuttle to go back and forth. Ski weekend. We lived the downstairs area to put on/take off boots. Nice fire place (gas), tv and kitchen area. Would definitely stay again!

Loved This Place

My family and a couple of our son's friends (7 total) stayed while skiing at Holiday Valley. Great location, awesome living quarters, very clean, and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay again.

The place is well kept and clean. There is one bedroom on the first floor and the others are on the third floor. We enjoyed our stay there.

Summer weekend trip

A nice spot! Definitely more of a winter destination, but we made a short weekend trip in early summer and had a nice time. My only comment is that it would be nice to have stronger air conditioning as we got pretty warm in the house. Other than that the location was great and Jessica was very responsive with all communications.

Glad you overall enjoyed the stay! Thank you for your thoughts. We wonder if you used the bedroom fan during the day as it is designed to push down the air? And opened the windows once the temps cooled in the evenings? The mountain evening chill always gets so cool that opening the windows usually makes us grab a blanket at night! We will be adding fans to the unit for future guests.

Ski trip to Ellicottville

Scott and Jessica were both very responsive to questions. The townhouse was beautiful and in a very good location to downtown and the ski areas. Parking right in front of the townhouse. Access to the house was easy. (They even allowed us to make our own password for access!) Thank you for allowing us to stay in home!

Everything you want in a ski villa!

The EVL Luxury Fox Ridge was perfect for myself, and my three boys (ages 17-23). It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and a short drive to Holiday Valley, and the village. Every amenity you can imagine is provided, check-in was a breeze, and we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine. A shuttle to the slopes is available, but we didn’t use it. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, and have yet to return to the same one twice. We will be back here!!

Great family spacious place!

We had amazing one night stay at this property and we will be back. Unfortunately weathger (no snow ) was not good but we did manage to ski one day. place is very clean, well kept and easy to reach the owner ( we arrived a bitt earlier and then had to open remotely for us . it is not ski in ski out and yes you need a car to get around but that is something we knew at the time of booking. looking forward in to another stay there.
