Welcome to Casa Serenity, a whole new level of living in Playa Grande! Exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.

NOTE - Construction of this is home is in the final stage with completion scheduled for Jan 20, updated photos will be added after January 20, 2024.

This impressive home for the setting, location and modern design, with clean lines and open spaces the finishes deliver the Costa Rica flavor in luxury. The kitchen connects to the patio and pool area as well as covered terrace with a full outdoor kitchen, grill, and seating, as well as a private yoga / work out area.

Casa Serenity nestled in a natural pristine location with luxury at your figure tips is only a few steps from majestic Playa Grande beach and world class surf break, with breaks for beginners to most advanced. Playa Grande beach is miles long of fine, pale sand; perfect for those who enjoy a leisurely beach stroll and a warm ocean breeze. Beach coast belongs to Las Baulas National Park, as Leather Back Turtle Nesting Area.

Playa Grande is packed with tour options and things to do! From fine dining to shopping and entertainment, can explore the 1,500-acre estuary with a kayak and see the variety to mangroves and exotic animals, including from monkey's, to aquatic birds. Travel to the northern end of Playa Grande to Playa Ventanas and jump into beautiful snorkeling waters.

This is a lovely property very close to access points to beautiful Playa Grande. The home was very clean and well appointed. The pool and outdoor spaces are shared between 2 rental units.

Amazing time!

We had such an amazing time at Casa Serenity. The home was beautiful- all brand new and was super comfortable for our family of 5. The pool area and grill were also perfect and made it easy to feel at home. We were steps from the beach and restaurants which made the whole trip so simple and convenient. Trevor was an amazing host and very responsive to any questions although the whole experience was easy and straightforward.

Playa Grande dream vacation

Steps from incredible surfing, beautiful pool / hangout area, fun & fresh home design, spacious, COMFORTABLE beds with blackout shades, dedicated place to put surfboards and wash sand off, covered garage, etc. I could go on. One of the best parts of staying here is the on-site staff (Raquel and Manuel) that are there to help with anything besides just doing daily cleanups of the area. They helped with laundry, restaurant recs, general area info, etc. They were so kind and helpful! This place is a total gem and we look forward to coming back.

Perfect Location- Beautiful unit

This property is located steps from the top surf break around. We were able to catch a morning surf, then journey to a golf course later in the morning, then catch a sunset surf.Local restaurants were fantastic and the Kitchen was outfitted with everything needed to prepare our own meals.We had a need for mid week cleaning and the on premise staff jumped in and cleaned the property and laundered the bedding while we were at the beach.We will definitely be back next year!!!

It was PERFECT!

Everything was exactly as we had hoped. The home was just as advertised in the listing. Checkin was easy, Trevor communicated very well. The home is modern, immaculate and very well equipped. The location was perfect for us. Quiet and close to the beach. The pool and property were cleaned every morning. Can not find one negative thing to say about our stay at Casa Serenity!! We will be back.

Excellent Vacation

Trevor the property owner was fantastic to work with leading up to our stay. Very prompt in his responses and super helpful! Property was fantastic, just as in the pictures. Design of the place was great with plenty of space for our family of 4. The property had everything we could want. Super safe and well taken care of during our stay. The beach was just across the street and plenty to do in the area including good restaurant options. Would highly recommend this property and will hopefully get there again soon!

Fantastic, highly recommend

Loved Playa Grande, the property is beautiful with great finishing touches inside & out. I loved all the woodwork and how the outside is incorporated into the interior of the house. The pool is great, the tiles enhance the beauty of the pool & I liked the built in sun shelf. Landscaping is excellent, the exterior finishes are top notch. The host was easy to contact & was helpful whenever we had questions. It is very close to the beach, so location was fantastic for our family! It was within walking distance to several restaurants which was another bonus. The only downside was because it was a new build, construction had just wrapped up & we were only able to stay there for the last leg of our trip. Probably a few more kinks to work out during the first month of use but would highly recommend this property to others & would stay here again the next time we come back!

Where ya wanna be

The first thing I look for when staying in Playa Grande is the location. And for me this place is exactly where I want to be. You're a min or two from the ocean, and a min or two more to the food, yoga, etc options as there aren't many in PG. Beyond the perfect location, the house is amazing in design of course, but also well set up for a couple, to good amount of people. Many well thought of things making it great place to anytime of day or night. The pool is a great size/depth for fun or just cooling off, lil workout area w some gear. Board racks and many places to rinse off sand/saltwater between fun outside, etc. Kitchen well equipped with more than even appliances than we ever needed. Bathrooms all amazing, beds super comfy and rooms comfortable with lots of storage, desks if anyone needs to work, etc even.
