Amazing hosts very responsive and helpful. Had a smooth transition from belize to san pedro thanks to tammy booking the flight over and having our vehicles ready for when we arrived on the island. The house was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Fourteen of us enjoyed our week at the villa- it has beautiful views from the pool area and the pier. We loved the outside space as that’s where we congregated, but wish it had included table and chairs for all of us to dine together.Armando and Tammy were a great team to help coordinate everything from airport transportation and catered meals to snorkeling trips and fishing expeditions.It’s in a wonderful location with easy access to shops and restaurants- we had great fun exploring the area. Due to its location, you should be prepared for some urban noise.

Fantastic Stay on San Pedro!!

Adagio Villa was the perfect spot for my large family on San Pedro! Tammy and Armando were excellent at communicating and provided everything we needed. We had many fish fry nights cooking the fish my uncles caught on their reef fishing trip and the kitchen was fully stocked. We also rented golf carts from ABN (near the town hall) and they dropped off/picked up the golf carts from the villa at no extra charge. It was a great stay and I can't recommend this villa enough!!

Amazing stay!

We were lucky to have stayed at the Adagio Villa. From the moment we reserved the villa Tammy was in contact asking how she could make our trip a memorable one. From dining options, to excursions to answering any question we thought of before arriving (and any question we hadn’t thought of asking), Tammy had immediate responses. From the moment we touched down in San Pedro to the moment we left, Armando had every need covered. We had nothing to worry about for our entire stay, other than where we wanted to go next! Thank you so much to both Tammy and Armando for making our trip incredible! Cannot recommend them enough. Can’t wait to go back!

Tammy is fantastic! Very communicative & answered questions, booked flights and excursions. Armando, the house attendant, is a nice person & means well. He took care of the trash daily and brought 5 gal bottles of water. Property was great for 13 adults. Enter main house from the water side, entering by the pool. Kitchen is stocked but needs a cleaning and organizing. Dishwasher door is broken, hangs loose. Downstairs, half bath and 1 bdrm with bath (the toilet paper holder has fallen off the wall). US visitors note that toilet paper gets thrown in a can, not flushed. Laundry on main floor. Washing machine's sensor is broken so water hast to be manually added when you wash and again to rinse. A hose is connected so water can be added; it looks like it has been there for a long time (not just recently happened like we were led to believe. Armando said it would be replaced that week but wasn't). The house's water system is based on a cistern so that when it's hot outside, the water is scorching. Upstairs in the main house, the primary bedroom takes up the whole front. The curtains were burned; A said would be replaced, but they weren't. There is no hot tub. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a high tub.The guest house lower level has a studio apartment and second floor has a 2 bedroom apartment (tv is broken)Capt Darwin was good until we tipped him too much. He promised to come back but didn't because he got other jobs. Charlie, over charged for golf carts.

Rented this villa for my 50th birthday and it is EVERYTHING and more. Of the 25 of us, 13 stayed of us stayed here. I also hosted my birthday party here on both the rooftop (dancing, drinks, and DJ) and the at the pool (dinner). I could not have chosen a better place to vacation and have my party. It is comfortable and spacious. We had coffee by the pool side. The balcony outside of the masterbedroom provides a view that is also so gorgous at night and in the morning. The pool was cleaned often or as needed. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook. Note, there is an on/off switch you have to hit to turn on the gas burners. Now, let me talk about the quality of the service while there. Before going, Tammy (owner) was super repsonsive and so helpful with providing assistance (to include rooftop measurements, vendors for my party, catering (chef), etc). And then there is Armando (house manager during your stay)... There are no words I could provide that would come close to how wonderful, kind, and accommodating from beginning to end he is. Our entire stay was met with friendliness and care. He is really personable and a great conversationalist in sharing about Belize and San Pedro as a whole. I feel like my friends and I who sat out and chatted with him left being able to call him friend.Okay, let me add this for Belize as a whole so you are prepared. Get a really good repellant. There is some at the house available so please be sure and use it.

Great stay in San Pedro

The property looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The Villa was amazing. Absolutely no complaints. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Waking up to sunrise will definitely put you in the island mood. Tammy remained in constant contact with me and assisted in booking Tropical Air to hop from Belize City international airport to San Pedro as well as booking golf carts for us to get around on the island. Any questions you have just ask and she will provide the answers. The on site property manager Armando is absolutely fantastic. He meet us at the airstrip with the golf carts, assisted with all the luggage, and led us to the Villa. Armando stayed in touch and provided our group with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and much much more. He checked in on us every day to make sure everything was going smoothly and provided anything we needed. Truly I cannot say enough about Tammy and Armando. The two are just wonderful. They made the transition from the international airport to the island and back so easy. I can go on and on and on about them. They are truly Stars. Captain Darwin was so much fun to be with. He picked us up at the Villa pier and took us to Caye Caulker Island on his boat. We enjoyed the local food and shops there. You must book Captain Darwin, you will not regret it. We had so much fun. If you get a chance please book this Villa. It has everything you need to provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
