Beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom condo centrally located on the island of Ambergris Caye.

Providing all of the comforts of home, this condo offers a large, king bedroom with plenty of storage and a walk in closet. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower and a double sink vanity.

Enjoy the beautiful ocean, beach and pool views from the large patio with comfortable furniture.

With fine furnishings, exquisite tile work, full kitchen, natural hardwoods and updated decor throughout, this condo will provide a comfortable "home away from home" which will make your vacation truly enjoyable.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team which can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The Host was extremely quick to respond and assisted with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The best part was the location. Just North of downtown, so you can quickly cart to bars and restaurants. Close to many great places up North as well, and about 30 minutes from Secret Beach. Quiet neighborhood.

great stay

great place close to town. cool little bar on property that stayed busy all the time. nice beach area. unit was exactly as represented. all communications; check in etc with kimberly were prompt, well organized, etc . air port / golf cart pickup is a very nice touch! will do it again.

Unbelizably great!

We had a great stay! Brittany & Mike set up everything for us and there was no stress. I am typically skeptical about things, but these guys are the real deal. They literally arrange everything we wanted and were so nice. The place is in a great location, and you could walk to most but just rent the golf cart. So worth it.The condo had everything we wanted, and the balcony is better than the photo. Would stay here again.

The Bermuda Landings

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kimberly and Mike were as hosts. From our arrival, to cart rental, to soda delivery, to helping us plan a boat ride to bringing us to the airport. It was so so wonderful and a great experience. The condo was beautiful and super easy access to all things fun. We highly recommend anyone who wants to stay to stay here.

Nice living space, only complaint is WiFi is limited throughout the dwelling. Living area just fine but loses signal in bedroom. Clean, well appointed and quiet (other than the persistent dog barking next door).

If you're contemplating where to stay, you've found it here. It's extremely peaceful. Just minutes from town. This rental has 2 pools with plenty of lounge chairs in sun or shade, a grill that we used for breakfast sausage, literally steps from the ocean, and the dock where you can conveniently step onto a boat for your excursions. A grocery store is steps away, as is a bar that serves fabulous drinks &food. The property staff go out of there way to make sure your trip is great. I mean that sincerely. This location is perfect.

Everything was great except one thing. Should be 4.5 stars overall.

The property overall was very nice, well kept, and in a good location just north of the "bridge" into San Pedro proper. The communication was great with the hosts arranging taxi for pickup at water taxi, arranging a golf cart (a must) getting sodas/water at the condo, and booking tours. The hosts even gave us the link for the on-line entry/departure paperwork for Belize. Everything was wonderful except that we had ants in the condo. We did spray which helped, but had to be vigilant in trying to keep everything as clean as possible to try and limit the ants from coming in. The unit is on 2nd floor (which I prefer). The unit does have a full kitchen, but there isn't any dishwasher or washer/dryer. We did have a wonderful time and the hosts did make it as easy as possible.

Beautiful Condo Excellent Communication

We stayed here for 4 nights and the condo is beautiful. It’s spacious, it was very clean and plenty of towels provided for our stay. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. I enjoyed watching the sunrise, priceless. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances and dishes. They even had sunscreen and mosquito spray for us to use which came in handy because I forgot mine. As far as location, it’s pretty close to town by golf cart only a few minutes ride. Bars and restaurants are in walkable distance maybe 10/15 minute walk, but being 2 women we chose golf cart. Check in process was easy and the communication with the team from day one was remarkable. They also provide you a local phone to use. Brittany, Kimberly and Mike were awesome. They helped make our Tropic Air reservation to get to and from San Pedro and Mike met us at the airport. Will definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time in San Pedro and this condo was an amazing home base. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We loved the beautiful patio! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. And, what a beautiful view! The pool and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Brittany was fabulous. Her communication was extremely good and answered all of our questions. She helped with everything we needed. We haven't traveled internationally and she walked us through everything we needed to know. She scheduled our Tropic Air flight and all of our tours. She and Mike picked us up at the local airport and helped us rent our golf cart and took us on a quick tour of San Pedro town and back to the condo. Mike also helped with our luggage. We really could not have asked for anything better. Brittany and Mike were wonderful and made the whole trip in San Pedro great! We will definitely be back!
