Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación
Over all the stay was good! The house fit all of us perfectly as well. However, we did run into a few bumps. About a month before our stay, I reached out asking about the heated pool, I was informed we would have to pay extra to get the pool heated, this was not included in the description. When receiving the check in instructions, we were also told the pool was off limits after 8pm which was very disappointing as we were from out of town and planned to go do things during the day not leaving us much time to use the pool. When checking out the home as we arrived we instantly had an issue with the back screen door as it would not latch properly, the screen doors to the pool also would not shut/lock leaving us feeling a little uneasy as anyone could’ve came through those doors. The home also was clean, but appeared to have been cleaned fastly and not with detail. Overall everything else was good, and it was a good home to stay in. The host was very responsive and nice when reaching out regarding issues and questions.
