Spend fun-filled days on the slopes or delight in a plethora of summer activities including hiking, biking, fishing, mountain biking, rafting, paddle boarding and boating on Lake Dillon.

Ninety miles away from Denver International Airport, this property is located near six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (15miles), Breckenridge (20miles), Keystone (13miles), A-Basin (17miles), Loveland (15miles), and Vail/Beaver Creek (34miles). Additionally, Lake Dillon is just a 10-minute drive away, as well as the outlets at Silverthorne. The home is also close to Frisco for festivals, cute shops and café life style. You are away from it all yet moments away from great activities, restaurants, music festivals and shopping.

1) This house is restricted to a maximum of 12 residential guests.

2) The house is not to be used as a general gathering place for people not on the reservation, for example dinners, parties, drinks, events etc.,

3) There is a maximum parking for four vehicles at the property.

4) On-street parking is not allowed.

5) Avoid excessive noise and loud music in the evenings and when outside.

6) This house is NOT to be used by PARTIES LOOKING FOR A PARTY HOUSE.

7) No outdoor shoes in the house.

8) No smoking of any kind inside the house or on the property due to wildfire risk.

9) Guests are only allowed to sleep in designated bed spaces.

10) No pets allowed as some guests have allergies.
