Family Fun House Vacation

Property was perfect / private with it's own beach. We loved the area and the house had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Lake George.

Wonderful House Situation on a Beautiful Lake

Everything was ideal. Owners are friendly and very responsive. House is gorgeous and located within a short walk to a pristine private beach. A great location. We were able to parasail on Lake George, attend a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and go out for dinner in Bolten Landing.

Enjoyed our stay

Margherita had everything you need in the property. We enjoyed the waterfront that over looks the lake and the moon coming up at night over the mountains. The hill to go down is a little steep but she provided a golf cart to go up and down to the beach area. The house was very clean and it’s beautiful inside. It is close to town and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is a dock. We had a boat that had to be docked in a different marina. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a Great time staying here. We are a family of 4. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom which has its own bathroom with a giant shower, jet spa tub and his and her sinks. A really pleasant surprise was waking up and seeing a canopy of trees out of the 2 French doors and beautiful windows above them. My 2 teenage boys got to choose their own rooms. My oldest (18) chose the room with the bunk beds (the bottom bed is full sized) and a French door looking out towards the driveway. The younger guy took the room with the full size bed no French door but has a very nice view of the lake. The beach area was great and gave us full access to swim and canoe. We also rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and we were able to keep the boat tied up to the Mooring buoy they have. The beach area also has a table and chairs setup that we brought lunch down to. We cooked for our breakfast and dinners most nights just because we love to cook and the kitchen, dinning and living room were all open concept and served us very well. The owners were very easy to get in touch with (I had questions about the Mooring buoy) and very responsive. We would stay here again in fact we didn't want to leave.

Great house and location on lake george

We definitely enjoyed our stay, especially how close to lake George village the house was. The lake front area would be even better if had a dock to enjoy swimming more easily for kids as the big waves from larger boats really would hit the rocks quite violently. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful House

House was beautiful. Master suite with on suite bathroom and balcony was huge. Although a beach, there is a wall with stairs. The deck was clean and great near water. And using the golf cart was convenient. Minutes from downtown Lake George. We will definitely come back.

Great vacation

Margherita and Tony’s house is lovely and was perfect for our week away (2 adults, 2 teens). The location is perfect for access to Lake George Village and to 87 for when you want to venture further and avoid the local traffic. The house was clean and the kitchen well-appointed. The owners were very responsive and check in/out was simple. We look forward to visiting again!

Winter vacation!

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed hiking on the area, canoeing on a lake we had all to ourselves and even walked on a frozen pond. Margherita was very responsive to all of our needs. Home was perfectly clean, just a drop of trash outside. Would certainly return.

Fantastic Lake George Retreat

Beautiful clean well kept home with modern appliances situated in a nice quiet part of Lake George. My wife really appreciated that towels and linens were included. Close to many adventures for the family. Lake George and Bolten Landing are just a few minutes in either direction. Enjoyed the semi-private beach. Plenty of room for the whole family. Margherita was a joy to work with and always on call if needed with prompt responses to any questions.

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

Our family stayed in this house in July 2018 and had a fantastic time. It's a beautiful house and there's a great combination of common space and private space for a relaxing visit. The beach and the steps into the lake were very convenient. Margherita is a very responsive owner who was available at all times.

wonderfull house!

We had a wonderfull time in this beautifull house with a private beach on the lake. we had the good surprise to discover that the house is much more beautifull than the photo. Magherita was very reactive, so I definitively recommand this place!

We have been going to Lake George for many years, and when we saw this home in 2012 We decided to buy it! We fell in love with it because we got that instant second home feeling and it was also brand new! Now we want to give an opportunity to other families that travel to Lake George to have the wonderful stay, just as we do when we stay there.

This Beautiful home over looks Lake George. We love the views, the activities, and the feel of Lake George. This home gives you all that and more! If you want to breathe in the fresh air, you can step outside to a great escape, and if you want take a dip in the fresh water in the warm months you can do just that! There is a local Lake George Ice festival with many activities (even on the frozen lake) in February while everything is frozen and sparkling of ice!

This home provides the ability to relax along with the many adventurous activities such as tubing on a boat across the Lake or riding your ATV along the iced Lake!
