Encantadora casa de verano estilo Adirondack

Ubicado frente al histórico Lake George Village. Lake George es uno de los lagos más bellos de la región enclavado en las montañas Adirondack, ¡es impresionante!

Casa privada totalmente amueblada ubicada en una calle lateral privada con acceso a la playa semiprivada y vista al lago. El pueblo de Lake George está a menos de una milla de distancia, a poca distancia. Disfrute de mini golf, salas de juego, cenas excepcionales, entretenimiento, senderos para bicicletas, caminatas y compras.

Para aquellos que disfrutan del golf, hay numerosos campos públicos ubicados en la zona. El parque temático Great Escape está a 15 minutos. El hipódromo de Saratoga se encuentra a 30 minutos al sur del lago George y ofrece más emoción para la familia.

Hay tantas cosas que hacer, desde pescar, nadar, pasear en bote, parapente, senderismo, ciclismo, equitación, tubing y esquí acuático, o simplemente relajarse en su patio trasero privado o en la playa semiprivada.

Justo al final de la carretera hay un área de recreación que ofrece tenis, baloncesto y un área de juegos apropiada para todas las edades.

Excelente ubicacion! Estoy seguro de que su estadía en nuestra casa será una vacaciones tranquilas, relajantes y memorables.

Lovely home in a nice location. Host Sheri was very responsive with any questions we had. Road leading to home was in need of repair, and a/c would have made the stay more comfortable. Otherwise, would be 5 star!

Lake George Stay

Clean and well maintained property. Private Beach area is small but Million Dollar Beach and village is within walking distance. Host was responsive to all our needs. Cottage is quite lovely and neighborhood is quiet.

Neglected, Not Charming.

The unit itself was as expected..and with first looks, our initial reaction was that it was “charming” as presented in the advertised narrative because the decor is cute. It was then curious to see that half of the ceiling tiles in the main area were missing, or in one area, dangling, and a dirty rag stuck in the base of the fireplace promptly eliminated any thoughts of having a fire. Over the two night stay, we found that basic amenities like television service and internet access had been shut down, as was the heating. We had to call and ask for heat in the unit. The beds in all three bedrooms were uncomfortable and the bedding is old and thin. Staying here was not charming, nor pleasant. An expensive disappoint.

Great spot!

It was perfect for our family. Right in the middle of Outlet shopping and town. Loved the stone patio and grill in the back. Easy walk to the beach too!

Nice house on Lake George

Very nice house and property. Short walk to the lake. Nice backyard, of course plenty of things to do. Living room ceiling needs a bit of work. And the fact that it didn't have air conditioning was not a problem at all. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Relaxing few days

Beautiful House with Lake Access

My family stayed 2 nights in this beautiful house while we were in Lake George for a family wedding. Easy access to the lake, convenient to the Village and wonderful communications with the Property Manager.

Unbearably hot

We were not happy that the house had no AC. It was unbearably hot at night even with a fan and windows open. There were ants on the kitchen counter and in the bedrooms. The house definitely was not cleaned before we got there. There were a pair of underwear under the living room couch. The living room celing was falling down. The outside was not well kept and very unsafe to walk around-extreme safety hazard! When i had brought up the AC to the owners they simply brushed it off as it isnt listed as an amenity. Being that it is the year 2024 and there was a heat advisory it should actually state in there household description that THERE IS NO AC, myself and my mother suffer from asthma and we could not breath and had to use our inhalers multiple times. Had we been able to book a hotel to leave we would have but unfortunately everything was booked and we drove over 5 hours for this family vacation. I am highly disappointed and really deserve a complete refund as this house is most likely not even up to code!

Perfect house for our trip!

This home really contributed to our perfect stay in Lake George! We loved the outdoor fire pit and the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook meals. The beds were comfy and the upstairs room was beautiful, with tons of natural light. We opted to use the kayaks and were so glad we did! We loved sitting in the screened-in porch and listening to the fireworks while it rained. The indoor dining table only has 2 chairs but we preferred the dining table in the screened-in porch anyway because of the lovely breeze. The host was very responsive and that made our stay even better! We definitely plan on staying here again, when we return to Lake George. Highly recommend!

Quiet Get-A-Way

Quaint cottage near Lake George. Very clean and host was very attentive to our needs. Located on the east side of lake which was nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of the west side. Highly recommend.

Small lake house in great spot - not super well kept though

The location of the house was great - right by lake, 5 minute drive to town center of Lake George. And overall the house is a old solid cabin style lake house. Says the house can sleep 8 but I would say max 5/6 to be comfortable - 3 bedrooms and a futon. Cleanliness was an issue. The grill was nasty when we got there (they did come help to clean it), there were ton of bugs on bedroom floors that were very unsettling, and a lot of the silverware needed another clean. House doesn't have AC, not even one single window unit, just ceiling and floor fans that really dont do much at all so it is HOT in the summer. Kayaks pictured do not come with the house. Post booking found out they were at an additional cost so decided not to use them. Homeowner lives on the street, was helpful in the few situations we needed it which I did appreciate.

Relaxing Lake George Vacation

This was a wonderful old camp. Liked the crow’s nest bedroom! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the nice Sandy beach area. All amenities were taken care of. My house mates loved it too. Will definitely book again next year. Only downside was futon on couch was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Great location by the lake

House was great, kids had a blast and a few steps to a private beach area and walking distance to million dollar beach. What would be expected from a lake side house/cottage. Would have been nice to know there is 1) No Air conditioning 2) After booking and paying insurance for the stay through VRBO you are getting hit with an "Owner Required" security deposit. This made the stay more expensive than expected.
