Beautiful Beach Front 2BR, 2BA, 3rd Floor Unit with lots of amenities

Enjoy a beautiful gulf view from the moment you walk in the door. This unit is an updated spacious 2-bedroom/2-bath condo (one king bed and two full size beds) with a queen sofa sleeper and/or a twin trundle bed, fully furnished kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.) and a full-size stacked washer/dryer. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom and the living room and take in the amazing sunset views. The entry closet and outside storage bin is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach toys for your enjoyment. Board games are also provided.

During your stay, you can enjoy either of the two pools, one of which is heated year-round, and a large indoor hot tub. There is also a kiddie pool, small weight room, a billiards/poker room, outdoor grills, corn hole and more. Enjoy the onsite Sandbar where you can order delicious and filling snacks and of course your favorite cocktail drink or beer. Summertime has a variety of events, such as karaoke night, ice cream social, movies on the lawn and more.

Outside of the building complex, you will find a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, and many places to enjoy live music every night of the week. There are also many attractions, such as miniature golf, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and so much more.

As the owner, I take great pride in keeping the unit up to date and comfortable so that it feels like home. I invite you to escape and have a relaxing Seaside Sea-Esta!!

We loved this unit! It was very nice, provided a great view of the beach and pool area, and was very clean. This is by far our favorite unit we have stayed at in the Regency Towers! Also, our communication with the host was excellent!

The room is on the 3rd floor and is a short walk from the elevator and stairs, Everything is as pictured and the room is completely stocked with everything you might need while enjoying your stay. The host was very responsive, we were able to check into the room earlier than anticipated. We were traveling with our newborn and the condo was very clean and met my expectations . We used the trundle bed in the hallway as our changing station with our doc a tot placed on it and it worked out perfectly. The master bedroom had a great view and everything was as pictured. The condo sits directly in front of the restaurant in between the two pools, it’s high enough to still have a great view of the ocean. We actually saw dolphins jumping while sitting in the recliners ( which were extremely comfortable and came in handy for this nursing mom) The other bedroom was perfect for our 9 year old daughter as she had her own bathroom and made getting ready so much easier. This is the most well stocked condo you will come across, from spices to zip lock baggies, I had everything I needed as well as a fully stocked kitchen. My favorite part was having the beach chairs in the closet. This prevented us from having to pack ours, and that was a blessing being we had so many items for baby! Very grateful to the host for all her help!

Everything was as described and plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. All amenities were super nice in the room and being on the 3rd floor we could hit the stairs and avoid long lines a he elevator get us to the pool or beach with ease. All chairs and toys for kids were there too like mentioned in the description so that was a big bonus also. We will book here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was amazing. Very clean, beautiful, and completely stocked with everything you might need. Yvonne is a fantastic host and answered all questions and kept me well informed. We will definitely be back. Already reserved condo for next year.

Family Baseball Vacation

This was our first time staying at Regency Towers and we throughly enjoyed our time here. The owner was very thorough with the check in and check out process for us. The unit was amazing and has been well taken care of. Our family can’t wait to come back and stay in the future.

excellent unit! I've been coming down to the regency every year for 40 years. This is my favorite unit! It comes with everything you need, even had spices in the kitchen! Even came with beach chairs, toys and umbrella in the front closet! Beds were comfy and unit nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again!

Little piece of heaven.

This place is awesome. It overlooks the ocean and both swimming pools. I am in a wheelchair so we spent a lot of time in the condo on the deck watching the beach and the people. Views were spectacular.The kitchen is well appointed. Yvonne even provides disposable make up wipes in the bathrooms. Nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for the month of February and created some wonderful memories here. We will be back. Thanks Yvonne for being so helpful!
