Step into a world of comfort and luxury, where ample space and modern amenities await. This 10 Bedroom 9 bathroom gorgeous new home will make your next get away magical. Maximum of 24 guests. The fully equipped kitchen, boasting generous granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, caters to multiple culinary enthusiasts. Gather around the dining table, seating up to 16, or enjoy casual meals at the bar, which accommodates an additional 6 guests. Unwind in the spacious living room, comfortably seating 12-18, adorned with a rock fireplace and a 77" smart TV.  There is also a piano Keyboard for those who are musically inclined.

Walk out from great room or dining room to the huge deck with a BBQ Grill and twin gas fireplaces. Four Master Bedrooms have large sliding doors with massive lake views and direct access to the deck or the patio. There are six total bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms. The shared bathrooms are generous in size and accessibility. Hang out in the private Hot Tub to watch the amazing sunsets overlooking Pineview Reservoir and the Wasatch Mountains including Powder Mountain and Middle and South Fork. Or take advantage of the fully stocked game room and private court, set up for Pickleball and can also be used for basketball and more.

The Bedrooms
Retreat to the sanctuary of 10 bedrooms, each designed to provide utmost relaxation and rejuvenation. The main floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the office doubles as a second bedroom with two twin beds Murphey style with a full bathroom right across the hallway.

Descend to the lower level and discover a haven of entertainment, featuring a large gathering/game room with a plush couch, a 77" smart TV (so no problem to log in to your Netflix account), a ping pong table, and direct access to the patio and hot tub. A mud room with access to the private hot tub offers luxurious towels and an easy water bottle fill station with filtered water and a shared bathroom attached. This level also boasts four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Venture upstairs to the 3rd floor to find two bunk rooms, each equipped with built-in bunk beds, two full-size beds and two twin beds in each room. Fun large Snowbasin winter and summer resort maps for all ages to enjoy. Get a jump start to your gold medal dreams and study the map of Snowbasin where athletes will train and compete once again here in the 2034 Winter Games!

An additional twin room with two twin beds shares a large bathroom with lots of light. And adjacent to an art covered hallway is the Play Room, with a variety of toys, games, puzzles and kids books. A twin daybed and a trundle bed in the playroom ensures that every guest has a comfortable place to rest.

Winter Wonderland Awaits
Winter enthusiasts will revel in the property's close proximity to Snowbasin Resort, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley Ski Resort, all within a 12 to 25-minute drive. Snowbasin will once again host downhill events when the Winter Games return to Utah in 2034! Powder Mountain's new owner, Reed Hastings who is one of the founders of Netflix, is taking on a completely new approach to resort operations, with a goal of maintaining an uncrowded experience for both homeowners/members and the public. To avoid high day ticket prices at Pow Mow just purchase a season's pass which are still available, and you can take full advantage of this unique resort. They also offer well-lit night skiing 7 days a week for just $24 for the 2025/26 season! Perfect for the entire family! New skiers and snowboarders will love The Sun Tunnel, which is a magic carpet style conveyor people mover, making learning more enjoyable. Experienced riders can shred black diamond runs such as Showdown or Boot Hill and meet in the lodge later for Ogden's local favorite, Lucky Slice Pizza!

To get some warmup daytime laps try out our most affordable ski area, local favorite, Nordic Valley, which offers easy access and great prices for the entire family.

Here at the Gathering Place you'll experience world-class skiing, snowboarding or cross-country and snowshoeing amidst breathtaking winter scenery.

Winter Driving

Be prepared for intense winter driving at times! The neighborhood road leading to the house is steep and not well traveled, which helps to keep the house private and of one with nature, but it does mean less frequent snowplows and snowy/icy driving conditions during active weather. The driveway is steep and somewhat narrow, snow piles up fast and snow removal may take over a day after a storm so please make sure to have a reliable 4-wheel/all-wheel drive or chains or leave it up to a professional and ask about local shuttle services! Note, the main driveway is plowed for snow removal, any additional snow removal close to the home is the responsibility of the guest, shovels and sand are provided in the garage.

Summer Adventures Beckon
Summer activities abound in the area. Spend leisurely days at Anderson Cove, just a 3 minute drive away, or embark on exhilarating boating excursions from the Port Boat Ramp, only 8 minutes from the property. Find summer adventures at Pineview Reservoir less than a mile from your temporary home away from home. Club Rec North offers all kinds of motorized and non-motorized adventure toys to make some memories in our beaUTAHful Ogden Valley!

Snowbasin Resort has fun events all summer and fall long. Don't miss riding the Needles Gondola to enjoy an all encompassing view of both the Ogden Valley and Ogden City. Mountain bikers also love taking the Needles Gondola to the top and then shredding the many downhill bike trails available.

Recreationists of all kinds will find a fun activity to enjoy.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
