You can't help but wake up happy when you stay at Catalina. With its stunning ocean views, bright, open, airy spaces, and its very own private walkway to the beach - this home is a little slice of paradise!
When you stay at this oceanfront oasis you'll be mere steps from lazy days soaking up the sun on the beach. When you're done, you won't need to worry about tracking sand through the house. You can rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower!
Rather not hit the beach? Watch the waves roll by from the comfort of your private covered deck. There's nothing more relaxing than ending your day listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean, feeling the breeze, and watching the sun dip below the horizon.
Have you ever seen a sunrise over the ocean? These views are something to see! Grab your morning coffee, head out on the deck, and kick back as you begin the day with some of the best views on the island.
Love a great kitchen? The newly updated kitchen is a place you'll be happy to hang out in. With its gorgeous countertops, backsplash, cozy bar, and floor plan that's open to the living and dining room - you won't miss a thing that's happening with your friends and family as you whip up some tasty treats.
But don't worry, you don't have to be stuck in the kitchen - Catalina also has a charcoal outdoor grill perfect for grilling up the fresh catch of the day!
After dinner, head outside and embark on a fun, family evening.
FIRST FLOOR - Master bedroom #1 with King bed, flat-screen TV, and full private bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Twin bed and 1 Twin bunk with a full bathroom in the hallway.
SECOND FLOOR - Open floor plan living and dining room, kitchen, flat-screen TV with access to the deck.
THIRD FLOOR - Bedroom #3 is the first bedroom on this level and includes 2 Twin beds and a shared bathroom in the hall. Bedroom #4 is the second bedroom on this level which includes 1 Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a shared bathroom in the hall.
Bedding includes 1 king, 1 queen, 3 twins, and 1 twin bunk.
Additional Amenities: Keurig Coffee Maker (no traditional coffee maker is provided). High-Speed Internet. Shared Laundry.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
No Smoking.
Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly Year Round with a 4 night minimum mid-June to mid-July; 3 night minimum otherwise.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
