No puede ser más alto que esto en Mainsail. Vista del ático! Edificio más cercano a la playa. FABULOSA COCINA NUEVA Y REMODELO DE BARRA MOJADA SEPTIEMBRE DE 2019. Continuamos mejorando nuestro condominio para brindar las mejores comodidades para su estadía.

Esta unidad está fabulosamente ubicada en el Edificio 1, 8 ° piso, 5 ° unidad detrás de la playa. Escucha el suave oleaje y relaja tus preocupaciones. La vida es buena en esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños con barra de bar. El baño principal tiene una ducha doble.
A la salida, TODAS las sábanas se renuevan, ¡incluidos los edredones! El condominio ofrece lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo. Televisores de pantalla plana de 32 'con reproductores de DVD en las 3 habitaciones. TV de pantalla plana de 55 'y reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar. Una cafetera regular Y TAMBIÉN un Keurig están disponibles en nuestro condominio para su uso. Hay asientos para 8 en el comedor Y también un juego de mesa y silla para niños para uso de su pequeño. Estamos muy orgullosos de la cocina recientemente renovada. . Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, fregaderos, grifería, granito magnífico y renovación de gabinetes.

Hay un balcón con vistas a la playa con fantásticas vistas y una zona maravillosa para relajarse con un juego de comedor, un lugar excelente para tomar el café de la mañana y escuchar las olas y observar a los delfines ocasionales.

Este condominio penthouse está frente a la playa con 700 pies de propiedad frente al golfo, con espectaculares vistas y sonidos del golfo desde los balcones delantero y trasero. Un viaje en ascensor desde el octavo piso lo coloca directamente en la piscina, el jacuzzi y la piscina para niños y el área de juegos. Hay una segunda piscina ubicada en este complejo. Nuestra unidad te ubica a pasos de la playa. No hay calle para cruzar para llegar a la playa! Las parrillas están disponibles para su uso en el área de la piscina. Hay una sala de ejercicios bien equipada con 1 elíptica, 3 cintas de correr, 2 bicicletas fijas, equipo de pesas y sauna. También hay una sala de juegos, canchas de tenis y canchas de tejo listas para su uso.

The family agrees, the property and views are more stunning than shown in pictures. The condo's main area is so roomy and comfortable, it made it easy to visit with family. The layout of the rooms is fantastic for proving each person/couple with privacy. Parking is easy and elevators were quick. Area is so quiet, close to shopping, and so many dining options. However, there was nothing that beat watching the sunset from the balcony. The kitchen has anything you would need if you like to stay in for meals. Communication with hosts was fantastic, just a quick text or email away, so helpful and welcoming. There are so many positives to this condo, we hope to be able to visit again.

Pros—the condo has been nicely renovated and the complex is right on the beach. Also, the unit is on the top floor so less neighbors. It was a quiet, peaceful experience. Mainsail is just across from the mall but still feels secluded and safe.Cons—the balcony is very small and only able to comfortably fit 4 chairs. The ocean view is partial, with you being able to see about 50 percent of the ocean. We were not able to see the sunsets due to interior position of this condo and the other building in the complex blocking the view. The cleaning staff left laundry in the washer, sink drains clogged in the master bath, and sand, a lot of sand, on the floor. On the first weekend, I killed a roach on the kitchen counter. However, there were no problems for the rest of our stay as I stored all open food in the fridge and sanitized the counter every day.A heads up—To rent the unit you will have to send the owners a copy of your ID and sign an additional contract. After reading the contract I specifically asked if we’re expected to make an additional payment to cover credit card fees and was told that was already included in the VRBO fees: however, it was not covered and I just received another bill for those credit card fees, almost 2 weeks after my stay ended. We’ve been renting condos along the gulf coast every year for 15 years and have never been charged credit card fees, that should already be included in the price, or been asked to send a copy of an ID.

We’ve stayed in this area several times but this was our first time at Mainsail and I think it will be our go to property from now on! The condo was perfect, a beautiful view of the beach. We cooked several nights and a few mornings and had everything we could have needed. The condo was clean and beautiful and the owners were quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you for helping us make a vacation to remember, definitely 5 stars across the board, we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay in Miramar!!

Very inviting and beautiful condo. Loved our stay and the beds were so comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen with what we needed. Ice makers were not working but only a small inconvenience. The view was gorgeous and easy access to pool and beach. Having the chairs and umbrella was a plus and the beach guys were so pleasant. Grilled out near pool which was handy Conveniently located. Would definitely stay again

Property is very nice. Great location right on the beach (not crowded), lots of restaurants, grocery store and shopping close by. Nice home base for visiting 30A. Condo was very nice, updated, with everything we needed. Host was out of country during our stay. The first night our door code didn't work and we couldn't reach them. Neither the complex manager or Vrbo were able to reach the host or get us into the condo. We had to find our own alternative accommodations on a very busy summer night. Owner finally received one of my messages (not sure if it was the calls, texts or emails) and called me very early the next morning to give me a new door code. The owner issed a partial refund.

Great view!

This property had a wonderful view of the gulf, beautiful beach, beach chairs and attendants were great. Surrounding grounds were a bit messy with litter on the ground and over flowing garnage cans. Condo was nicely decorated with a hreat kitchen of supplies for cooking. There was however urine on the toilet seat by the entrance. We had to use the clorox spray and let it soak. Clorox bottle and cleaning towels were left in the other side bathroom. There was no laundry soad or dishwasher soap but liquid hand and dishwashing soap. That was helpful.

The Best Beach Break!

We had an amazing week with our family and friends at this condo. It was very spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Drove to 30A, went to Santa Rosa beach, Miramar beach. We went to Crab Island which was so fun, and ate at many amazing restaurants, even went to the Harbourwalk and to a few shops and bars. Everything was very close by. I would absolutely recommend this condo if you want to be in the middle of everything and are looking for The Best Beach Break!

Great family getaway

The mainsail property was very nice in general. The beach was never over crowded. The beach service was a nice added bonus. The elevators were fast. There was never issues finding a parking spot. The condo itself was very nice. Marble countertops, stainless steel appliances. Everything was as it was described. The one thing I would share with future visitors is to use the ice machine under the bar. It made enough ice to fill our cooler for the beach everyday. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Summer Getaway with friends + family June 2024

We had a great stay! I’ve never had a condo so well equipped - the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We loved the chairs in the morning on the balcony and did our best on the 2000 piece puzzle before the week was over- so close! Only improvement would be an updated router for wifi- super slow and was hard to get work done as my husband and I are both remote…. He wasn’t sad when his zoom call lost the signal though lol!

Top Floor Condo

Good location! The condo was as advertised, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the gulf. Jeff was very responsive prior to our arrival ajd during our stay, very helpful. Overall, our stay was great. Only downside is the pool was small for the size of the property and also crowded because the water was closed due to double red flags for 3 of our days.

Amazing Property

We loved our stay at Mainsail! The beach is steps away, the pool and the rest of the property are kept so clean. Beach set up is such a treat. Tons of room in the condo and lots to do in the area! We will definitely be back.

Perfect week!

We have stayed in this complex 4 times now and continue to enjoy it each time. The rental unit was lovely, well stocked and the owners made the process so easy with great communication. This was the first year we were advised that we can park on the property and enjoy the beach until checkin time. Because of this, we got to enjoy the beach a whole extra day. The water and weather were perfect! We will be back.

A Slice of Beach Heaven

This condo is truly gorgeous! Total pride of ownership makes this top floor, ocean view condo an AMAZING place to make memories! Ample space, stocked kitchen, and a smooth check-in process. We have stayed in three other Mainsail units and this one is by far the best. As a cherry on top, they provide beach towels which has never been the case in any other condo we've rented. One less thing to pack = happy traveler! We hope to be back next summer!

Location, location, location

This condo is in a great spot on Miramar Beach, our favorite area - close to everything new and upcoming. The property is steps to the beach and easy to get all your beach equipment down. Great views from the living area and master bedroom. This unit is well appointed and actually has the things you will need for your stay - hair dryer, ALL the kitchen items, ICEMAKERS (a great touch), a LARGE TV so you can actually see & enjoy, and more. The layout of this unit is nice because all 3 bedrooms are spread apart from one another allowing better privacy for family members or if you come with friends. The towels were actually soft & plush and smelled good - like home and rare for a rental. To be "nit-picky" the unit smelled bad upon arrival (not the owners fault) so we had to mop a little to get it fresh smelling. The floors were still quite sandy (which I know is hard to get rid of when you live at the beach). We wished there were extra blankets in the rooms, and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper (those little things matter when you're staying for an extended period and you don't have to run to the store for a whole pack when you only need one). The beds & couch were moderately comfortable - not like home (obviously) but we've slept on much worse. The owners did make efforts with mattress toppers and soft sheets which really helps. Jeff was responsive to our questions & suggestions were informative and helpful. We recommend this unit to anyone- it was a lovely stay!

Great stay for the family

My family stayed here during the second week of October and had a great time! My family consists of 3 children that are 7 years old and younger. The beach (one minute walk), hot tub, and heated pool were essential for the kiddos. Thank goodness for the heated pool, because the other pool was pretty cold. Most people didn’t seem to know about the heated pool, so thanks to Jeff for the heads up. The beach atmosphere was great, the condo was clean, internet worked well, tv had loads of channels, and the condo had all the essentials. We’d definitely come back if we visit Miramar again!

We rented condo's at Mainsail for over 20 years prior to purchasing a unit. Our son was 9 months old the first time we rented at Mainsail. We purchased this unit in 2011 We love Mainsail and hope you will too!
