Walking distance to beautiful Laguna Beach in Panama City Beach-West End of Beach! Private yard with wonderful pool, grill and sitting area. Extremely clean! Steam cleaned between guests. Free internet and Hulu. Owners live in main home on the property. No pets. Maximum 2 occupants. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. All paper products provided (napkins, paper towels and toilet tissue). All bath products provided. Additional products available upon request. Private lighted entrance. Responsible SPRING BREAKERS only and limit to two (2)!!! SNOWBIRDS welcomed at a deeply discounted rate (see nightly rate for Jan 1 through Mar 31). Jan 1 through Mar 31 are monthly rates only, no weekly rates during that timeframe.

The place is perfect for a couple. The pool area is wonderful and the owners were super sweet and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Playa! The hosts were the so very nice and we wanted for nothing during our visit. The cottage, landscaping and pool were fantastic. I would recommend this cute little place to anyone! We will definitely be back!!

Peaceful sea cottage

We had a great 4 day weekend at Villa Playa! The cottage is beautiful and so cozy. The pool is private and a few steps from the door. The beach is close and so are the restaurants. We hope to stay again!

We loved our stay! Laura and Carlos were amazing hosts. The rental was perfect for the two of us and was fully stocked. The private swimming pool was delightful and the walk to the beach was easy! We will return, for sure!

It is a nice little oaisis

Laura and carlos were very nice people and made our stay comfortable and inviting couldn't ask for a better vacation home especially with our private swimming pool

Another great vacation

We really enjoy our little mini vacations to PCB. The Villa Playa is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy the beach. Love that the Carousel grocery is just a couple blocks away. Laura and Carlos are the perfect hosts. They great you when you arrive and then leave you to do your own thing. We will definitely be returning.

PERFECT!!

We had an amazing stay! Laura and Carlos are absolutely awesome! Villa Playa is a clean, comfortable, secluded place that is perfect for couples to just relax and enjoy the PCB atmosphere. We've been to several placed in PCB in previous years, but we've never felt as relaxed and welcomed as we did on this trip! We had all the amenities of home, plus a very refreshing, private swimming pool to relax in. Just a great place!

Splendid retreat!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was great. Laura and Carlos made everything easy and carefree with the home. The pool was inviting, warm with plenty of floats. A private oasis with a perfect porch for breakfast and dinner, a well stocked kitchen with stove and large toaster oven. The only thing we were missing was a more time in the day to enjoy it all.

Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love the place. Gorgeous ! Definitely recommend this to everyone that wants a getaway with their partner. Very peaceful and private, very home welcoming type of feeling. My partner and I will definitely hope to be back soon, for sure! Laura and Carlos are great! Went out and beyond on making us feel comfortable. Loved that about them!

Amazing!

My husband and I planned this trip and at the last minute, we had to keep our granddaughter. Sooo, she had to go with us. Laura and Carlos could not have been nicer about the situation! They asked if we needed an air mattress, set out a little kiddie chair by the pool for her, and even asked if we needed a boogie board for her as we were heading to the beach! The backyard and pool area was beautifully is landscaped beautifully! The pool was amazing and felt so good after our trip to the beach! We will definitely stay again! We feel like we have new friends now!

We had a great time! The pool was lovely to sit by and we cooked a ton of meals in the kitchen, they had everything you need as well as plenty of towels. The washer/dryer was great for a week long stay and the place was a perfect distance to walk to the beach. Laura showed us a map of places to eat around town and made great suggestions on how to make the most of our trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

We chose Laguna Beach because of it's "Old Florida" look... The west end is the quiet end of the beach, especially during weekend events. We are located within walking distance to both the Carousel Supermarket and Thomas Donuts...
