Very quiet relaxing quality time with the grandkids

The property was very nice. The flowers were gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the parking was great.

If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it. Great resort feel. The only drawback was no balcony for this unit.

We had a great time. One thing that is much needed is hanging space since there is no closet. Plus the bathroom needs more towel racks for after shiwers

Mother/Daughter Weekend

The property was perfect for us for a long weekend. Very clean property and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great, right on the beach, pool deck bar and great restaurant on the property. There isn't a balcony but we didn't need one since we were rarely in the room and prefer to actually be on the beach. The bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. The owners and the property management were great to work with and communication was quick and easy. I'd definitely rent this location again.

Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our trip! The condo was clean upon arrival, everything was as described. There was just a tiny issue upon check in, the key pad had broken and that wasn’t relayed to me until after I called to let them know I couldn’t get in. There was a key already there, and after I was given the code to the key box every thing was smooth sailing. I would definitely book here again! Finding the place can be difficult, but the message prior to arrival was VERY helpful in directing us to the condo.

Tybee condo

Very cute condo. Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. In a great area. We could hear the people next door through the shared wall. There was only 1 window and it went out to the corridor so there was little natural light. There was a mixup with the key when we got there so we had to call the support number for help and he was super helpful and nice!

Cute and clean condo. Was a little disappointed that the view was a hallway with no natural light but we weren’t in the room to much (sleep and shower) and spent the rest of our trip out of the room. Wishes there had been more than 2 towels but we did laundry in unit so it was easily resolved for just the 2 of us. The shower and bathroom were clean but it definitely needs a new shower head and faucet as some water runs in to the tub when showering. The door latch didn’t work so you definitely have to lock the deadbolt to even close the door. Do wish it had space for hanging clothes as well we didn’t know it was a shared unit and could definitely hear the people on the other side, and their dog, till 2am That being said.. I would stay again! It’s close to literally everything and the host was very responsive and helped us with info to rent golf carts as well.

Nicely decorated

The condo is nice. No view whatsoever, just one window with a view of a wall, BUT very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. No complaints about the interior.

Nice place

The condo was nice and was what was posted online. Batteries in remotes did not work so was unable to watch tv. Lights are difficult to know which light it goes to. Would recommend labeling them. Not enough toilet paper. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We could not have been more disappointed with this place. If I could leave less than one star, I would. We booked for three nights and checked out the morning after our first night. We contacted the owner about our issues and requested a partial refund and ended up being ignored. The painted cabinets and wallpaper look cute, but that’s all this place has going for it. The keypad on the door is broken and we had to carry around a single key to get in and out. Not super convenient for people who may be going in separate directions. The window shown in the listing photo is into an interior hallway and looks at a wall, letting in zero natural light. It feels like a prison inside. The place was filthy from the floors to the sofa bed that was filled with crumbs and dirt. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. We had a blow up mattress delivered. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable and there is no closet, no dresser, not even a luggage rack. Absolutely no place to put your luggage/clothing. The only closet in the hall was stuffed with broken furniture and cleaning supplies. The tub was dirty and the shower curtain moldy. There was zero water pressure in the shower. On top of all this, it is a split unit-not advertised that way in the listing. There is an interior door connecting to the other unit that we were supposed to keep locked. We could hear everything on the other side of the door and the couple staying there was not quiet at 6:30 am.

Spent 4 nights here. Cute decor, but that’s about it. Keyless entry does not work, no parking passes. Owners were able to give us code for the lock box so we could access a key we then carried everywhere and secured a guest parking pass. Grateful for that. Housekeeping did a surface cleaning only. Coffee drips down the cabinets and in the drawers, bedspread looked brand new to the point that there were strong crease marks not just fold marks which suggested it had not been washed. Nowhere to put clothing as the only closet is packed full of a broken cabinet and other linens. Bathroom was filthy with hair on the walls, stains in the tub, and around and behind the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. The baseboards were filthy and easily cleaned with my face wipes. Nowhere to hang any beach or pool towels. Maybe a drying rack would be a good addition. A completely impractical hanging chair in the living room with absolutely filthy pillows with stains on them. I wore a new pair of white socks one evening in the condo and after just a few minutes of walking around doing dishes and cleaning up the socks were black on the bottom. There was a plant on the bathroom counter with dirt and dust on it which was easily removed with another face wipe. The place just desperately needs a deep cleaning. Thankful for the washer and dryer to wash the bedspread and sheets. Thankful for pool and beach. I Let the owner know of the issues and sent pictures and they never responded.
