Perfect Location and Great Place to Relax!

We have stayed at this facility twice now and both times have been Wonderful! This condo was freshly renovated with such beautiful and relaxing furnishings! This condo met all our needs of a family of 6. The location is perfect as this side of Pensacola is less crowded and the views are absolutely Stunning! The property managers were very responsive and so very helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

The view and the location can’t be beat. The unit itself met our needs. The property manager made sure we were enjoying our stay and the check in/out process was very easy.

Family trip

Pictures were accurate, check in was simple. Great location/easy access to the beach. We did have trouble a couple times finding a parking spot that wasn't reserved, but no issues besides that!

Can't wait to come again!

The property fit our needs perfectly - a "mother-in-law" plan with two bedrooms on one side with a shared full bath, and a master bedroom on the other side with a full bath was perfect for grandparents and our daughter's family (2 boys 6 & 8). Great size, and balcony access was wonderful! Can't beat being across the street from the beach!

Stayed one week. Condo has everthing you need. Beautiful views. Close to everyone. Peg Legs Petes next door has delicious food. Beds were soooo comfy. Would stay again. Than you for a great vacation!

Awesome condo!!

We loved this condo from the time we arrived until we left! The condo is very spacious and the colors are light, airy, and beachy, which is perfect at the beach! The location was very convenient getting up to the condo with all your stuff to going to the beach across the street of down the road! The view was amazing! We have already booked this for next year so we could guarantee getting the same condo again!!

Beautiful view of the ocean

First of all, everyone wants to know if the beds are comfortable and yes, this condo has comfy beds, beautifully decorated nice outdoor furniture. I really have nothing bad to say regarding the condo. I come to Pensacola every year in May. I’ve always stayed at boardwalk but this year it wasn’t available and I got I had a chance to see a different condo with different views.

Nice condo but not clean.

The condo was nice and everything worked as expected but the condo was not very well cleaned prior to arrival. The bedding in the master bedroom had hair all over the comforter. It looked to be dog hair. So we washed all bedding. There was sand all under the rug in the walkway. There were fingerprints and smudges on the tv and the coffee table and there was dust all over the top of the armoire in the living room, the ficus tree in the living room, and all the lamp shades. It just wasn’t up to par for cleanliness. Especially when you pay a fee with your rental for it to be clean. The furniture was dated in my opinion but wasn’t a big deal. There were several blinds missing from the guest room that lead to the balcony. Our friends who stayed with us said the light was in their faces every morning because of the shades that were missing. They also mentioned that their mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed frame was not attached to the headboard. And there was no fitted sheets on the mattresses, which makes it very hard to keep the sheet on. The condo was spacious enough for the 6 of us, which was nice. And the beach access was great. It was nice being close to great restaurants.

The property was acceptably clean though a few shower corners need a small brush and bleach cleaning. The vertical blinds throughout were damaged, missing parts and did not function to block the morning light if you wanted to sleep in. We were not aware there was an exercise room until just before we checked out. The front door latch is missing, the hydraulic door closer is loose on the door and doesnt function. The master bath needs a total remodel and the kitchen cabinet doors have a final covering that is delaminating. This might be rectified with only new doors. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied. The promotional material indicates most units do have an electric grill on the balcony, there was none. It would help if there was an information phamplet or binder greeting you on arrival. There were however, two blank passes (for what?). Overall it was a nice unit (waiting to be remodeled) and the elevator to the 8th floor was the best elevator I have ever used. :-)

Will stay here again!

Awesome location! Plenty of room For our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Could use more towels and almost all blinds had slats missing but other than that a perfect stay! Had a issues with the screen door which was hooked to the main door when we first arrived and called the property manager and she had someone there within mins!! Can’t wait to come back .

Perfect place! Ocean view on one side Bayview on the other!

We enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is short. Large balcony was great! Would be nice if the couch was a bed couch. Was hard to set up teenage boys and teenage girls in the same room as that is where most beds were. We made adjustments. Price per night high, not a custom to the high prices during this market, but overall we would go back!

Great Location, Unit Itself Disappointed

I'll start with what I liked. The location and easy access to the unit was awesome. It was pretty easy to access the parking lot from the unit, easy beach access, and decent swimming pool at the complex. The complex is pretty close to grocery stores and a couple restaurants. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and had some decent cookware. Unfortunately a lot about the unit itself was not satisfactory. I think the cleaning people are not doing their job and overall the unit needs some TLC. When we checked in (after a 10 hour road trip with 2 young kids) we immediately noticed the garbage disposal had food in it and wasn't working. We called maintenance in the morning and they did come out to fi the issue promptly, so that was nice. The blinds in the living room and two bedrooms were all missing multiple slats. Additionally they had zero light blocking ability so we were waking up at 6 am. The balcony door can be very difficult to open. The shower in the master bedroom has black mold on the ceiling and on parts of the shower. The toilet in there also looked dirty and gross. In the other bathroom there was hair in one of the drawers. The couch was filthy under the cushions with old food pieces and a couple candy wrappers. The first night we were there the master bed felt like there was sand in the sheets. The dryer works, but it takes an extremely long time to dry clothes. The bedroom with the trundle beds was not nearly as functional as it should have been. The lower beds couldn't pull out because the dresser was in the way. They also have no bedding on the trundles. The upper bed posts have knobs at each corner which are NOT attached. Dangerous for little ones. Again, the blinds in here are useless at keeping light out. The floors in general didn't seemed clean. Our feet were black after walking around a bit. I really don't enjoy leaving a poor review. I'm hoping whoever owns this property will see this and understand maybe the cleaning people aren't doing their job and that the place needs a few updates. We did enjoy our time, but I wouldn't choose this unit again and feel for the money we spent it shouldn't have been this way.

It was very difficult to open the sliding doors to enter on to the balcony! It was just not a comfortable stay for the money!

This was our 3 rd time staying at this Condo on our yearly family vacation. We love it. The condo is always clean and comfortable. Easy access to the trolly cars and Peg Leg Pete's, our favorite restaurant. We will definitely be back.

We planned on hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 9 and were a bit concerned about having enough pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc to pull it off. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The accommodations were perfect and the location great. Would definitely recommend the condo and it's on our list for return when we decide to come back!

Nice place, nice beach

Lobby and hallways were clean elevator was clean parking lot and pool area were clean. Beds were in good condition and were comfortable a tad bit on the firm side but comfortable and I don’t like firm beds. The kids room where the two twins are we’re a bit softer but comfortable. On a positive note the box springs were actually mattresses so if you had more people in your party you could ultimately pull a mattress off and use it like for a small child in the master bedroom. Washer and dryer worked fridge and stove worked fine microwave and coffee maker and dishwasher and garbage disposal worked fine . We were a little questionable before arrival because we had never stayed not right on the beach before always having a beach house right on Ocean front raised a little concern for us. However when we arrived we were very pleased with the location of the building even though it is across the street from the beach. There is literally nothing in between the building and the beach with the exception of the well kep Swimming pool The road and the dunes. From our eighth floor condo it probably took eight minutes to walk to the water like feet in the ocean water ,Now let’s talk about the water. Water was absolutely gorgeous the sand was absolutely gorgeous. Our first three days of the stag the water was completely caught with a slight ripple coming in Perfect for a three-year-old daughter although the older boys or a little disappointed in the size of the waves. On the fourth day that all changed we had a half day of storm front which lead to larger awesome waves for the boys for the rest of the stay three more days however our daughter was still able to get in the ankle water safely and the deeperwater with dad safely.Overall we were very happy with our stay and with our condo as well as with the management and the whole process. Main reason for not giving this 5 stars were a few things that I was suprised the owner allowed since it is such a nice rental. The most upsetting thing was the stains on the bedroom carpets. Very unsanitary. Then, the garbage disposal did not have a safety cover on it, which could have hurt someone. The TV remote was taped together. And the trundle beds were nice, but couldnt be pulled out due to the room being so small. Bunk beds might have been better. I hope these comments are used for improvements.
