Esta unidad tiene un plano de planta abierto con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas y es perfecto para cenar en cualquier momento del día. El balcón da a la piscina y al golfo de México. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño completo y acceso al balcón. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen size y acceso al balcón. We found the condo beautifully appointed and the access to the ocean marvelous. The pool was great .

Renting was easy and I appreciated being greeted by a representative of the Company. Beautiful place.

Beautiful views- Close to Ocean

This condo had a wonderful location. The layout was wonderful, and it had everything we wanted and needed. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we return to the area we would stay her again.

Great place

Fantastic condo with everything you need. Great kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. Kids loved the tennis rackets and played all week.

Lovely Stay

This was a lovely condo to stay at. The view was so lovely. The size of the condo was perfect and we had no issues. My favorite part was the balcony. I enjoyed sitting out there playing my ukulele. This was a very nice place to stay at in Pensacola Beach!

Exceptional Property

Clean, comfortable and great location. Convenient to all the eateries and directly across the street from the beach. Nicely equipt. Primary bedrm bed was sooooo comfortable and the balcony furniture was the best for reading and relaxing.

Great location and beautiful property

Great location, property was secure with keyed access felt safe for group of ladies. Condo was decorated with modern beach theme and well stocked. There were a few negatives ice maker didn't work and at check in wasn't told about luggage carts.

Amazing

The views are gorgeous. Could watch the dolphins play in the ocean from the balcony. The condo is great! The walk to the beach was so easy and short. The beach is low key and super quiet. No crowds. This was the most relaxing and peaceful vacation. Would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Getaway!

We were extremely impressed with this property - the location, the view, the cleanliness - everything! Beach access was great, the pool was very nice and clean and the condo was gorgeously decorated and very well-stocked. Kids loved the bunks and we all just couldn’t get enough of the view. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo!

Couldn’t have been better!

It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach wasn’t as crowded as it gets farther east. Surfside was so welcoming and helpful. I had no problem getting in touch with them and they just couldn’t have been any nicer! I’ll use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Gorgeous and Comfy Rental!

My brother and I booked a stay with our parents as a Christmas gift this year. We have stayed in Santa Rosa Towers many times over the past ten years as it is a wonderful location, but this was the first time staying in this unit. This has to be one of the best units we have booked. It was beautifully decorated and had a lot of items we thought we may have to buy (i.e. tissues, hand soap, kitchen spices). The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine and a blender as well as any other cooking necessities. The living room furniture was very comfy as well as the beds and outdoor seating. We would book this again in a heartbeat! The rental staff was also quick to answer any questions and help to get you checked in. Great stay and would recommend. Thank you so much for helping us make some wonderful memories!

Vacation 2020

Our first trip to Pensacola and we loved it. The location of the condo was perfect for our family. We ate lots of great food and spent many hours at the beach. We talked to the property manager one day and we were a little disappointed at how she responded to us. AI later ran into to Linda and had a conversation with her in which she apologized. Covid did not slow us down from lots of fun!

Stunning place with convenient access to beach and restaurants

This condo is the perfect beach get away! There were plenty of beds for our 5 kids and even the extras we did not expect like board games, tennis rackets, football and beach ball! Our kids loved the easy pool access and beach access that is right across the street! There is plenty of great food and fun within 2 short miles. This place was super easy for check in and out and there was several numbers of people to get ahold of for emergency purposes although we did not have to use these! There is everything you need to be able to cook a meal (except the main food of course 😝) there was an over abundance of linens and cleaning supplies! The balcony was a great place the kids loved to hang out and we loved sitting with them with the gorgeous beach view! we absolutely loved this property and will definitely return!

Pensacola Beach Vacation

Our trip was fantastic, and we really enjoyed Pensacola Beach! Our group was 3 adult couples. This condo managed by Surfside Properties was excellent! The condo was exactly as pictured and we really appreciated the space in this unit. The living room was large and there was plenty of seating. It was really hot outside the day we checked in - super nice that the AC was on and the condo was refeshingly cool inside. The smart TVs in every room were a big hit also. And the balcony was large, with nice comfortable furniture on it. And the view was great! The beach, just a quick stroll across the street. The pool, always a nice option. I would stay here, in this unit again. Finally, working with Surfside was very easy, check-in super smooth, and everything was great. Thanks Sam!

Spring Break 2021

Absolutely LOVED our stay in 202!! The pictures are NO lie to what you get when you walk into 202. The condo was clean and orderly and EVERYTHING that you could think of what provided. The kitchen was WELL stocked with all that we needed to make any meal. Dishes, silverware, cups- you name it and you had it. We have stayed in other condos that have very little in terms of a "stocked" kitchen. The owners definitely have families in mind. We loved the board games and coloring books for nights in and when weather was cooler. The blankets were perfect to have on the balcony- outdoor furniture SO cozy! Owners of 202, THANK YOU!!! Hope to return soon.
