Summary:

Look no further..The Sea Pearl is new construction with a high end flare. This big beautiful beach house can sleep up to 16 people. Going inside you'll find quartz countertops throughout, a chef worthy kitchen and a huge greatroom for everyone to gather. The beach facing master bedroom is also on this main living area floor. Step outside onto the southern beach facing patios to relax while listening to the crashing waves and sea gulls singing.



The Space:

Sea Pearl is a newly built beach home located within the gated Laguna Key community on West Beach in Gulf Shores. The home offers a spacious layout designed to accommodate larger groups, with coastal views, multiple outdoor living areas, and access to both the Gulf and Little Lagoon.



The main living level includes a large great room that brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together. Quartz countertops run throughout the home, and the kitchen is equipped for group cooking with generous prep space and modern appliances. The primary bedroom is also located on this level and features a king bed and direct access to a beach-facing patio.



Outdoor seating on the south-facing patios provides space to relax and enjoy the coastal setting. These patios overlook the dunes and water, creating an easy transition between indoor and outdoor living.



Upstairs, four additional bedrooms each include a private ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms on this level offer water views. Two of the south-facing bedrooms open to private reading porches with seating, providing quiet spaces away from the main living areas. A secondary den upstairs includes a sleeper sofa and additional seating.



The beach is accessed via the Laguna Key community boardwalk located nearby. From there, guests can walk west toward the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, where protected dunes and nature trails extend toward Fort Morgan. Guests may also enjoy Laguna Key’s community amenities, including the community pool, tennis courts, basketball goal, and a lagoon-side boardwalk that leads to fishing and kayaking access on Little Lagoon.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home and Laguna Key community amenities. Beach access is provided via the community boardwalk near the center of the neighborhood. The lagoon boardwalk offers access for fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the waterfront setting.



Laguna Key is a residential, family-oriented community with full-time residents. Guests are expected to follow all community guidelines during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.



Community amenities are shared with other Laguna Key residents and guests. Availability and conditions may vary seasonally.



Parking is available for up to four vehicles under the home, with additional driveway parking for three to four vehicles depending on size. Boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted within the community.



House rules and HOA guidelines apply throughout the stay and will be provided prior to arrival.

A wonderful place

We stayed at the Sea Pearl and loved it. We will be back. East check in and house was very clean. Beds were comfortable for everyone. Plenty of space and loved the private neighborhood. No crossing busy streets. Ice maker and 2 fridge set up and all cooking items you can think of. Seashell is a great team to work with. Highly recommend.

I booked this property through VRBO on January 31, paid in full for my arrival on May 31. The primary reasons we selected this home were its location directly across the street from our friends’ beach house and its proximity to the beach with an ocean view.Upon arrival, we discovered the home was occupied by the homeowner and unavailable for our stay. When we contacted the rental company, they indicated it was the homeowner’s error, while the homeowner stated it was the rental company’s responsibility. We were subsequently relocated to a different property that was several houses farther from the beach, lacked an ocean view, and was not authorized by us prior to arrival.All communication was conducted through the VRBO app, and while responses were timely, there was no prior notification that we would be reassigned to a different property. The situation was disappointing, as the location and specific features of the original home were the primary reasons for our booking.
