The 1888 BNB welcomes you to St. Pete! Here you’ll find a contributing structure of the Downtown Historic District; restored to meet all of your 21st Century needs. The estate consists of a large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 2 story house and a cozy detached cottage - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. This property can comfortably host (14) of your best friends and family. Watch the city come alive from the privacy of your front porch as the Grand Oak trees greet the sunrise in the sunshine city.
The main home features 3 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and a private office that comes with both a remote work station and a pull out couch. Here you’ll find (1) King bed, (2) Queen beds and (4) twin beds, sleeping (12) people in toral. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas range, air fryer and coffee bar. The great room comes with (2) 70” TVs with the full sports package, beverage fridge and bar cart for all your hosting needs.
The rear cottage comes fully equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, and furnished with a queen bed and small sleeper couch perfect for a child.
The location is second to none, next door to Must Wine Loft and walking distance to all the amenities that make Downtown Saint Petersburg a destination location. You will be 2 blocks from Vinoy Park, 2 blocks from the Sundial plaza, 4 blocks from the famous St. Pete Pier, 4 blocks from Central Ave and a short 10 minute drive to Trip Advisor’s #1 beach in the country - St. Pete Beach. The property comes with (1) dedicated off street parking spot, a rare commodity in this area.
This comes with (1) dedicated off street parking spot but if you want to explore all that downtown St. Pete has to offer, you can leave your car behind. Take a stroll, take the free Downton Looper trolley or take one of the electric scooters all located right outside the local Kawha Coffee shop across the street.
Guest should clean the unit as they found it - this includes dishes and collecting garbage.
Please always lock the front door behind you after using our keyless entry. Safety is a top priority for us.
Please do not set the air conditioning temperature below 72 degrees at any time.
Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.
Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.
Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property.
Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.
If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance. Availability is not guaranteed as it depends on the readiness of the unit and scheduling of cleaning, and may be subject to an additional fee.
Pets are welcome, particularly dogs only; however, please be aware that we have breed restrictions and do not allow the following breeds:
Bull Mastiff
Chow
Doberman
German Shepherd
Pit Bull
Rottweiler
All other approved dog breeds are permitted on the property for a nominal fee due at booking. The dogs must be housebroken, current on vaccinations, and crated when left unattended indoors. They should be well-behaved, even when crated, as excessive barking or noise is not permitted out of respect for other guests and neighbors. Additionally, they must remain leashed in all public areas in accordance with local regulations. Please note that any violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine and termination of the stay.
This is a NON-SMOKING property, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana, including medical marijuana. We inspect the property prior to check-in to ensure the absence of any of the prohibited odors, and maintain a detailed log of our inspections. If a violation is identified, the guest will incur a $500 fine and a possible eviction without refund.
