The Space:

Trade winds carry the scent of the Pacific as early light catches Diamond Head from your lanai, thirty-two floors above the shoreline. The ocean stretches wide beyond the windows, shifting through blues and greens as the day moves forward. By evening, the city below settles into a warm amber glow, and the horizon holds its color long after the sun drops. This is Waikiki seen from a different angle - quieter, wider, and entirely your own.



Perched on the 32nd floor of Tower 1 (Makai) at Waikiki Banyan, this one-bedroom condo puts Waikiki Beach within easy walking distance while keeping you above the pace of the streets. Ocean, Diamond Head, and city skyline views are visible from the living area, bedroom, kitchen, and private lanai.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom, separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, holds one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. The condo accommodates up to four guests.



Living space

The living area is set up for relaxed downtime, with a sofa, chair, coffee table, and a TV. A window AC unit keeps the space cool, and a ceiling fan adds steady airflow. Room-darkening shades let you control the light, and the large windows frame sweeping views that make the scenery part of everyday life indoors.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay, with a Whirlpool refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, Whirlpool stainless steel single oven, microwave, and freezer. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, baking sheet, and wine glasses are all included. A dining table provides a comfortable setting for meals, morning coffee, or mapping out the day.



Lanai

Step outside onto the private lanai to take in the ocean and Diamond Head views at any hour. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to sit with a drink or a book while the trade winds move through. Mornings here are especially still - a good place to start the day before heading to the beach.



Bathroom and essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and is stocked with Essentiel Elements Bathe shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products. Fresh linens, towels, bed sheets, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and an iron are provided. Paid washers and dryers are available in the building for longer stays.



Building features and access

The building includes an elevator, private entrance, and free garage parking for one vehicle on the premises. An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on-site. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival straightforward. An outdoor playground is on the property for families traveling with children. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are permitted.



Outdoor and shared facilities

Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach blanket - are provided for your use. Shared outdoor facilities include a BBQ grill (electric), sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. The building also offers a shared outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, and a sauna on-site.



Neighborhood

Waikiki's main stretch - beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks - is within walking distance. Public transportation and main routes connect you easily to the broader Honolulu coastline and beyond.
