Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 per month utility fee deposit is required at time of signing the agreement.

Outdoor: 
You will find yourself enjoying this backyard every day! Stay cool in the oversized pool, relax on the tanning shelf and play a round of pool-side basketball with the kiddos or relax in the heated spa. Hang out by the natural gas fire pit on one of two loungers. Snack on your favorite cheese on the outdoor seating area with room for four where you can enjoy the patio television. A second sitting area with room for two is just outside Master Suite 1. Grill up your favorite meal on the propane-fueled barbecue and get ready to relax the night away. 

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch LG Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort with a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for two. Extra entertainment is found at the Billiards table where you can challenge your friends in a game of 8-Ball or play a few classic arcade games. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the entry and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 54-inch Toshiba television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located To the left of the entry and features a Full-sized Bed, 41-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. 
Bedroom 3 is located across Master Suite 1 and features two Full-sized Beds, a 40-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. 

The hallway bathroom is located to the left of the entry and features a bathtub and shower combo and a vanity sink.

Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless internet. High-quality linens, bath, and pool towels plus a starter set of L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps as well as toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge and, dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 6 which includes 3 in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and no street parking.

Location: This property is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
