Exceeded Expectations
Usually the pictures you see of a property are better than when you see it in person. Not so with Sea-Renity. I was so impressed when I walked in; this was by far the nicest property I’ve rented through VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for my family of five adults and two young children. And Five Star Properties Mgmt was excellent. There is an alarm on the back door out to the pool area that has to be disarmed (pressing a button) each time you exit. But there was no way to disarm when coming back inside. That was a problem in the evenings after the kids were asleep. I called Five Star without much hope, but within a few hours, someone was there to install a bypass button on the outside. Problem solved! Other pointers for potential renters: (1) there are surveillance cameras on the property that aren’t in the property description. But they are in plain sight and not hidden in any way. (2) the pool is very warm. It is smaller than it appears and the sun keeps it quite warm. The property would benefit from a cover over the pool like they have over the parking area. (3) private beach access is in the neighborhood and the provided golf cart and/or bicycles make it a quick and pleasurable trip to the beach. I will definitely rent again!
