Total bedding includes: 1 King, 3 Queens, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT provided for Sleeper Sofa).

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
