This charming coastal home is located in beautiful and family-friendly Surfside Beach and provides ready access to all of the adventure, excitement and golfing The Grand Strand has to offer.

With an expansive deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and two large oceanfront guestrooms, this is the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.

Luxury linens and towels, high speed wireless internet, central heat and air conditioning, a three burner Weber gas grill, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels and toys, boogie boards, cornhole, games for all ages, a Pack-N-Play and high chair are all included for use during your stay at no additional charge.

The kitchen has updated appliances and is stocked with high quality cookware, glassware, dishware and flatware. There is an indoor dining area with ocean views, as well as a dining table on the deck for those who prefer to enjoy their meals outdoors.

Located only one block from the Surfside Pier, "Seaside Sands" is just a short stroll away from several of Surfside Beach's most popular restaurants. If you want to fully relax and let someone else take over the cooking duties, Gracious Pig, Chimichanga LLama, Pizza Hyena, River City Cafe, Bubba's Fish Shack and Neal and Pam's are excellent options for casual dining. There are several other restaurants nearby on Surfside Drive. A Piggly Wiggly grocery store is located less than a mile away and a Food Lion grocery store is only 1.9 miles away.

There are pickleball courts, tennis courts and a playground at Fuller Park, which is only an 8-minute walk from "Seaside Sands". The Surfside Beach Public Library is located right next door to the park, and offers a wide variety of activities for children and adults.

This is a very comfortable oceanfront home with fabulous views in a prime Surfside Beach location.

We will be back! We LOVED our stay and Mary was super responsive the entire time. I could not get over the view each time we came home to the property. We also ate at a few restaurants that were walking distance away. Even though we stayed in the winter time our kids still somehow managed to get into the water and enjoy the sand. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful stay Mary!

Wish I could leave a 6 star review. The house and location are stunning, well-appointed, and spotless. But the real prize of this rental is Mary, who is extremely kind, communicative, and the most hospitable host in the rental business. If you’re lucky enough to secure this rental, you will enjoy an amazing experience and unbeatable beachfront location. Simply the best!

The property was amazing on all fronts. Mary was extremely communicative and helpful. The location on the beach and proximity to restaurants/shops was fantastic. The house itself is beautiful, updated, clean and really well appointed. The view from the deck and spot on the beach was unbelievable. Couldn't recommend the property more and look forward to our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental! Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance from the beach, surfside pier, and multiple restaurants. We brought beach stuff but we really didn’t need to bring anything!!!! Beach towels, beach chairs, beach games, beach shade were all provided. Also plenty of toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other household items included. We had a couple of snafus (freezer wasn’t making ice, difficulty with the front door lock), the host was incredibly accommodating and wanted to make it right! It is obvious this house is more than just a rental to the host, and we enjoyed every minute of it!

Perfection!

Seaside Sands is everything we could have asked for in a vacation rental and MORE! The host literally thought of everything. The amenities are second-to-none. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Just steps from the beach, the location is perfect. We will definitely be back for another get away!

Beach Getaway

It was perfect! I am extraordinarily grateful that we chose this rental house. It was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked into the residence to when we left. The owner has thought of everything. The bed linens and towels are sumptuous. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with cooking utensils, dish-ware, glasses, and miscellaneous items. The furniture is comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The beach storage has plenty of chairs, beach paraphernalia and beach games. It is very clean and offers a great indoor/outdoor environment. I recommend this rental with a 10 out of a 10. . I’d rent it again in a heartbeat.

Family Trip

This property is exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The host goes above and beyond to make the entire process easy for check in and check out! The house is even better in person than in the listing and is a perfect location for a wonderful beach stay. Highly recommend!

Beach Front Awesome

We just completed a 5 day stay at Seaside Sands and what a wonderful home and experience! Mary the owner was the perfect host and immediate to communicate with any questions I had! The house is beachfront with awesome views and within short walking distance of the Surfside Pier and multiple restaurants! The home had everything we needed plus more and we all commented about how Mary thought of everything! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning soon! Beyond beautiful!

Or stay at this home was fantastic. The sheets, towels, kitchen, living space, bedrooms were all very very clean. The view was amazing. The owner of the property provided lots of really nice beach accessories, like chairs, boogie boards, towels, and a few noodles. She was highly responsive when we reached out and did everything in her power to make sure that our stay was wonderful. She also made wonderful suggestions for where to eat and things to do. Her hospitality extended into the beauty of the decor of the home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Surfside Beach is a very special town that is full of friendly and upbeat residents. Our home on Seaside Drive is very convenient to all amenities that Surfside Beach has to offer: it is oceanfront, within a very short walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars, shops, a playground, tennis courts and the public library. It's a fabulous place to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle, have a great time and create very special memories.

The view from the home's deck is superb and its proximity to the Surfside Pier make it truly special. Luxury linens and towels are provided for use during each stay at no extra cost. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, a beach wagon and boogie boards, corn hole, books, jigsaw puzzles and toys are provided free of charge for use during your stay as well. You will be provided with enough dish and laundry detergent/dryer sheets, soap, toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and conditioner to get your stay started (you may have to supplement the supply during your stay, but you'll receive a generous supply at check-in, free of charge).
