Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces give everyone their own corner to come back to. The master bedroom is anchored by a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed for a comfortable night's rest. The bunk room is set up with a twin-over-twin bunk bed - ideal for younger guests or anyone happy to take the top. Back in the living room, a queen sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements, bringing the total to 8 guests across 5 beds.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for a casual morning meal, or set the dining table for an evening in. An in-unit washer and dryer mean sandy beach clothes never have to pile up.
 
Outdoor living & resort access
Your private balcony faces the Gulf directly - panoramic water views from the moment you step outside. Beyond that, the resort opens up a full range of outdoor amenities: a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, and gym, all available to guests during their stay. Beach access is right there too, so the transition from condo to coastline takes seconds.
 
Resort extras & attraction tickets
One complimentary ticket per day is included for select local attractions - a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, indoor mini golf, trampoline park admission, WonderWorks adventure, and a Dave & Buster's Power Card (one per stay). These extras come built into your stay and add real value to a week on the beach.
 
What's included
The condo comes with bed linens, towels, air conditioning, heating, TV, and WiFi. A dedicated workspace and private entrance are available, and self check-in is handled via keypad - no coordination needed on arrival. A registration fee of $50 plus tax is required, which covers one parking pass and pool bands for each guest. Additional parking passes are available at $30 each. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also permitted.
