The Space:

Headberg's Beach Oasis is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the Sandpiper subdivision, centrally located right next to restaurants, The Big Store, and shopping. You are just moments from the beach, and the deck offers great partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the porch swing with a good book, or at the bistro table with your morning coffee.



The living area boasts a large sectional sofa that features 4 recliners, as well as satellite TV. The room opens up to a modern kitchen that's stocked with the cookware and utensils you need to prepare and serve meals, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. More comforts of home include high speed internet and a washer and dryer.



With nearly 1400 square feet, the home sleeps 9 comfortably. You'll find a primary suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features one queen and one twin bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds and one full.



On the ground level, there's even more room for entertaining, with swings and a gas grill. After a day spent sunbathing or fishing, you will truly enjoy the outdoor shower and the fire pit!



Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with Swedes rental a few times but this one by far was the worst experience. The couches were molded the beds in the first room smelled like someone ruined in them. No power to the west wall so no tv or satellite untill sat around 1pm. Cabinets were dusty with spider webs. Even the electrician that came to fix power stated it was not cleaned and dirty.

Overall the stay was okay. When we got there we looked at the house and there were no blinds on the windows. We wished there would have been some to keep somw of the sunlught out. There was a dead possum on the stairs that we had to remove.

Couldn’t even have fun as very sad a public beach and you can’t even walk on the beach or talk to other people on the beach understand that they have nonsense with other people, but the girls shouldn’t have to suffer for the bad so I hope it changed by next year so we can get more people that’s responsible and just wanna have fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented with Swedes for 14 years off and on for our ladies beach weekend. The past few years, I have suggested to them that the cleaning has not been up to par. This rental was a great disappointment, especially for the price! We rented this house for a few specific reasons. The swings, fire pit and the number of beds. The swings were on the ground, and the fire pit was not there, the number of beds were deceiving ( 1 missing). It also listed 2.5 baths , which it did not have. The house was filthy, mold, roaches, and trash under the beds. When I call Swedes upon check-in, they did sent the maintenance to take the moldy drapes down and wipe the wall, but he said “they have no control what the owner does with the amenities“. I’m sorry to say we will not be renting from Swedes in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed our stay at Headberg's Beach Oasis. Very comfortable, ample amenities, great view of beach. We highly recommend it and would stay again. Only recommendation would be to add some window treatments where the sun sets to block the glare.
