Nice roomy place. Beautiful setting with some cliffs over the sea and chairs for viewing not far away. No privacy on either outdoor deck. Did not realize, when we booked that this is a timeshare property. FYI: Parking is 15/day extra. we had no qualms with any of the staff or the property but we will stay elsewhere next time.

Great Vacation Spot

It was in a great location in Princeville to stay at! Facilities are great as well as neighborhood. Might need a few cleaning details but over all it’s great.

Reviewer Comments: Nice place and quiet with very nice apartment, everything you need there, with wonderful balcony on the backside where we could have dinner each night. The staff were very helpful. Pool area was great and nice welcoming snack. The gym is not a gym but just a little fitness room with two treadmills, one elliptical and a sit bike and some dumbbells. If you need good gym with pull up bar and a bit more area you may go 10-15 min to the outdoor fitness area free to use on pipelani loop close to Princeville center.

Sunsets at the Cliffs were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cliffs. The rental was in great shape and provided all the amenities of home. The concierge was so friendly and helpful with helping us plan our excursions and great tips on local cuisine. We will be coming back here again and would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Loved the place! Only a couple of issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were greeted with a pleasant staff on our check-in. We checked in at night, around 6:30PM I believe. The place was tidy when we got there, but I instantly noticed an odor; kind of a body odor smell as I opened the door, but it went away on day 2. I appreciate how they had ice trays, beach chairs, and a cooler available for use. They have coffee, toiletries, and a washer/dryer unit with some laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The vibe is very Hawaii too, which my fiancé and I loved. The area is so peaceful and quiet. By day 3, we noticed a lot of flies coming from the bathroom. We did not use the bathroom trash bin as it was underneat the sink the whole time. We also did not keep anything perishable in the rental. From night 3 to night 5 and the morning we left, we were trying to kill flies because there were a lot of them. We noticed they came from the tiny holes of the bathroom light. We reported it to the receptionist. She said the maggots might have already been there before we came. I wouldve given 5 stars for everything if not for those flies. A few is okay, but it was around 30-40 flies that we killed.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and well stocked with dishes, wine glasses and even a cooler to take to the beach and beach chairs. Loved the large windows and 2 patios. No a/c but didn’t need it with the breezes coming thru the unit. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not many restaurants in Princeville but the resort had a wood fired pizza truck come a few times during the week. A resort close by had other food trucks on site.

Very Nice Experience

Reception was kind and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had beach chairs, ice chests, drip coffee maker with starter local ground coffee pack, beach towels, tennis and pickle ball courts with borrow pickle ball paddles and balls, gym, free filtered water refills and more. So we and friends tried pickle ball for the first time learning from the web and had a great time. Location made it easy to go to the best beaches with stores and great eateries all easily within range. We'll be back.

The Cliffs has bicycles, tennis/pickle ball equipment, and beach toys available to check out. Communal bbqs. The mattress on the pullout couch needs to be replaced (springs press into your back). Other than the at, all was good. Very prompt and communicative management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at The Cliffs. The condo was great for my wife and I. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I enjoyed both of the balconies. Only hiccup was the multiple remotes for the TVs which made it difficult to find programming during the rainy times.
