Beautiful home, well maintained with a very nice homeowner welcomes you to share this lovely inviting space including a backyard with a patio and a peaceful setting. You are less than two miles from downtown Vista with great restaurants, music, shops, and more. You are 7 miles from our lovely beaches in Carlsbad. The accommodations are very clean and have everything the traveler needs for their stay. Stay a minimum of two days and up to a month if you like. We offer a discount for a month's stay. The room comes with a large TV and Netflicks, wifi included, a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and bathroom amenities. Check-in times are normally 3 pm to 10 pm but flexible if there is an issue. Check out 11 am. You will enjoy your privacy and relaxation in this beautiful home. Come and see for yourself!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel which I did through the app. I am a United States marine and got called for duty on the days I had planed to stay. The host was and had great communication, unfortunately I wasn’t able to respond. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, with that said you still got paid and didn’t have to clean.

Nice private room and serves its purpose. In a very good location and quiet neighborhood. Only negative was that there were a lot of ants crawling on the bed and our things (we never left any food out). Besides that everything else was great!

Peaceful retreat for relaxation and calm

This is a peaceful, private, clean, and secure apartment with access to a lovely backyard area. I am a writer and have now stayed here twice, both times for approximately one week. I enjoy the location to get some of my writing done and also to go for walks in the surrounding community. Within less than a one-mile walk is a shopping center with grocery markets, pharmacies, etc.The owner is delightful, responsive, and kind. The apartment is fully stocked with all needed items.

Marion is a wonderful host who is attentive to the comfort of her guests. The room is cozy with European flair, decorated with her own original acrylic paintings. She’s thoughtfully provides blackout curtains, a power strip for recharging your technology, a pitcher of fresh-filtered water, and some complimentary drinks in the fridge. It’s clean and quiet with a private entrance, and a stunning view into her beautiful tropical garden. She will introduce you to her carefree dog Bruno who may greet you occasionally during your stay. A comfortable, conveniently located place to stay and I would come back again in a heartbeat!

Clean room and easy access

It’s a clean little place. We were in town visiting our son. It’s clean and has everything you could need. We didn’t use the community pool or hot tub, but had the option if we wanted. The neighborhood is older, but clean and very safe. We’d stay again

Small peaceful spot to recharge.

I was there for work. This was a perfect spot for me after long hours. Quiet, clean. The host was concerned that her dog may disturb me. He was fine and completely satisfied with a little scratch under his chin.

Perfectly situated

I loved this property! Accommodations perfect! It came with all listed items—shampoo etc. There were pods for Keurig, creamer, water and sodas. The Blueberry preserves were the best I have ever had. There was a fresh fruit bowl! Property was centrally located to places I wanted to see. Gated community had greater sense of security.

Room was nice, small but I don't need much. Clean and well appointed, mini fridge and microwave was nice. Small portable cooling unit but no AC. I drive a 1 ton pickup so parking was tight but adequate. Overall a nice place to stay.

Peaceful and private location with easy access to local towns and cities

My stay at this location was one of the most peaceful and pleasant I've ever had! The room and private bathroom, with access to the beautiful back patio, provide guests with everything they could need, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The host is helpful, kind, and responsive to any needs. The gated community was also lovely. I stayed at the location for 6 days, and each day I went on two long walks around the neighborhood. There is a park area that has a pond with ducks, and I also saw other wildlife, including rabbits. The nearby town of Vista has everything anyone could need, including restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. And towns like Carlsbad and Oceanside are also very close. I'm a writer and used the space as a retreat during a week when one of my children was in a nearby summer camp in Carlsbad. It was a very pleasant experience for me.

Amazing

We were offered all the amenities that we needed for our 4 week stay. Place was clean and looks exactly like the pictures displayed. Marion made sure we had full privacy and would check up on us from time to time to see if we needed anything else. Amazing stay!

Private and Safe Garden Room

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful and cozy, this studio room was perfect for my four night visit to Vista and surrounding areas. I felt especially safe because it is located in a secure and gated community. There is a nice community pool and hot tub that I didnt have time to enjoy but I did check it out and there were families there having fun. Marion, the owner, was sweet and friendly. She supplied essentials like fresh non chlorinated drinking water, tea/coffee, fresh fruit, some toiletries, extra towels and a wonderful little heater. Marion has a beautiful dog that I got to meet. So adorable!
