Resort living in Las Sendas - pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, putting green

Welcome to our Trailridge Getaway at Las Sendas. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in East Mesa’s premier golf community. With over 3000 homes, divided into smaller gated communities, you will have the best of both worlds - first class resort amenities throughout the Las Sendas community and a beautiful, newly updated, resort style home in a quiet, family friendly gated neighborhood.

Just under 1600 sq feet, our nicely updated home with a split floor plan is well suited for two couples, a group of friends or a small family. As you enter the house, you will find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed with a door into the shared bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a twin daybed with a pop up trundle creating 1 or 2 twin beds. There is a full size closet and window in both bedrooms and also a desk/office space in the 2nd bedroom.

The master suite is located on the opposite corner of the house. With a king bed, 55” Smart TV, and a comfy lounging chair, the master bedroom is quite spacious. The master bathroom has a large walk-in closet/dressing area, walk in shower, double sink vanity and a separate toilet room. We provide paper goods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash to get you started.

With vaulting ceilings, lofts of windows with wood shutters and large sliding doors leading give the main living space a very comfortable and open feel to it. The kitchen is well furnished with high end appliances, as well as a sit up counter and plenty of room for cooking. The pantry is very well stocked with small appliances and a good selection of dinnerware, glasses and pots and pans. The dining table seats 4-6 and is surrounded by sunny bay windows. We also have 4 stools at the sit up counter.

With a sofa and loveseat, the living room has ample space for relaxing or enjoying a show or movie on the 75” Smart TV. You will enjoy free access to Netflix and YouTube TV.

The main living area has sliding doors that lead to the best part of all, a beautiful resort style backyard. Just out the doors is a covered dining area with a large table and six chairs and two ceiling fans above. There is a gas fireplace to warm you up on the cool winter evenings, a built-in hot tub and a heated swimming pool. (extra fees for heating). There are two lounge chairs for poolside relaxing. On the other side of the pool is our outdoor kitchen. An extended sit up counter with 6 bar stools wraps around the built-in grill, gas stove top burner and a built-in blender. When you are done with dinner, wander to the side yard and enjoy a little golf practice on our putting green.

The house has a garage with room for 1 car as well additional parking in the driveway. There is room in the garage for bikes (we have 2 here for you) or other belongings. The laundry room is located between the garage and main house, and offers a drying rack, storage and a top of the line washer and dryer for your use.

Las Sendas has over a third the outdoor space dedicated to parks, BBQ ramadas, hiking trails, and biking trails. Our guests are welcome to use the amenities, including pools (1 heated year round), pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball, bocce courts, volleyball and parks. The main pool area, about 2 miles from the house, has lap lanes as well as an area for lounging and fun. The 2nd pool, which is not heated, is just a mile from the house. Each of the pool areas have a spa available year round.

The state-of-the-art Trailhead Athletic Club & Spa, located next to the main pool, is available for a very reasonable monthly fee. There are endless options for golf in the area, including Las Sendas which is a semi-private 18 hole, Robert Trent Jones designed, Championship Golf Course which is widely considered one of the top 10 courses in the Scottsdale/Mesa area.

When you are ready to venture a little further for hiking, mountain biking or sightseeing. Tonto National Forest, the Salt River, Saguaro Lake are all very close by. We are little more than 20 miles to the PHX airport and Old Town Scottsdale.
