It doesn’t get much better than Lake Michigan views, private beach access in a quiet neighborhood, close proximity to pristine downtown areas, and–most importantly–quality time spent with the ones you love!
- This property is a low allergen environment.
- No parties allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the home will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- No Pets. This policy is held in order to keep this property a low allergen environment for others to enjoy.
- Not accessible by wheelchair. As much as we wish we could accommodate this population, the logistics of the house do not allow this accommodation.
- Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
