Este es un hermoso condominio de unidad grande con MUEBLES DE SALA COMPLETAMENTE NUEVOS. Bellamente azulejos, cama queen size en el dormitorio principal. 2 baños completos.

Convenient location with the best sunsets! The host is extremely responsive. Year 4 in this condo now makes it a tradition!

A Wonderful Experience

The condo was perfect! Great south and west location in the building. Very clean. The updated kitchen was beautifully designed with loads of space. Everything we needed was available including beach chairs, tent etc. We had a flawless experience. Thank you

Great location but needs updating.

The location and view was beautiful!! The condo needs some updating. When we first walked in we were greeted with a strong chemical/cleaning smell that did not go away. The beds were horrible and not comfy at all. The dryer needs to be replaced. It was so loud, I was afraid everyone in the building could hear it. I was disappointed with the money we paid.

Everything at Seawinds 1101 was perfect. Unit very clean, well stocked. Location was perfect. It didn't hurt that the weather was ideal too! Already booked another trip in the building. Can't wait to return to Marco!

Beachfront Condo at Seawinds 601

This property is in a perfect location right on the beach. The check-in process was easy. Overall the condo was clean --kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. There were plenty of linens, but most were in bad shape with a lot of the towels very stained. The sofa and chair were also stained. The internet was terrible, not lightening speed as advertised. The blinds were also dirty and warped. Our water was shut off for a full day (9 to 5). We asked to have some money refunded, but the manager never responded. There is a wagon and chairs to use, but they are also in bad shape. I would not rent this property or any property managed by Sun Realty again.

Amazing location!!!

We stayed in the condo right after Christmas 2020. The patio was amazing, and the condo had everything we needed from beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and appliances, . The beach wagon was a plus too!!! We also really loved the location of the place. There is a restaurant/bar next door and it's located right on the beach which made it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. We will definitely be back to stay!

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our week on Marco Island and this beautiful condo. It was updated, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. They provided towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon...everything we needed for great days on the beach. We enjoyed coffee in the am as well as watching the sunset from the balcony which offered a wonderful view of the ocean.

CORNER UNIT WITH A VIEW

Updated unit with contemporary furnishings had everything we needed including a handy beach cart with chairs and umbrellas. Management company communicated well and was responsive to a couple questions we had during our one month stay. Would definitely recommend!

Seawinds 1101 was great!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Seawinds 1101. The unit was completely updated from the pictures that were shown online. Everything was brand new. The kitchen had everything you would ever need for a quick bite in or to cook a meal. We asked if the unit had a griddle and were told by the property manager that it didn't, but one would be purchased and be there when we arrived. True to her word, a brand new griddle, still in the box, was in the cabinet. The patio furniture was very comfortable to sit outside and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while enjoying the incredible view of the Gulf. Beach umbrellas and chairs were provided, along with a wagon to take everything to the beach. The elevator ride to the first floor was longer than the walk to the beach. The unit had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and beach towels. The beds were quite comfortable . The only thing we were unhappy with was the wi-fi, which did not have a strong signal and would go in and out.

Great Beachfront Location

We had a great stay at Sea Winds 1101. The unit could use some updating but has everything you need. Wagon, chairs and toys to enjoy the beach! You can’t get closer to the beach, which was awesome for sunsets. Walking distant to great restaurants and beach stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, well located apartment, gorgeous view over the Gulf

SEAWINDS is the best located weekly rental property on Marco, with easy beach access. The apartment was well equipped with beach chairs and towels. As is often the case with these rental condos the mattresses are soft so those with sensitive backs should be aware, that is the trade off for the economics of the weekly rental versus a hotel.

Most peaceful 7 days!

What a beautiful wonderful time we had! The view from the balcony was outstanding. Some of the condo needs attention. But for what we needed it was perfect. We didn't cook in, just had a light breakfast & coffee each AM! It was just my husband & myself. We each had our own bathroom! You cant beat that from any hotel! Being used to a King size bed, the queen took a little getting used to. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, hot water, heat, AC.Having the washer & dryer was truly a blessing! Being on the 11th floor was perfect! The sunsets were incredible! The pool & hot tub were heated and we went in both everyday! The beach is top notch. So many shells. Just beautiful! The area had a ton of fabulous restaurants, food stores were close. We had plenty to do and plenty of down time on the beautiful balcony. We will be going back. This condo. We hated to leave. We would buy this condo if it is ever available for sale! That should let you know how much we truly adored our time here! Our communication with management was smooth and very helpful. Top notch. From start to finish.

Fantastic location

We totally enjoyed our week at Sea Winds. The unit was nicely equipped and contained extra touches of beach chairs, umbrella, cart and toys. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. About the only issue was the lack of a toaster. There was a toaster oven but we couldn't get it to work.

Great beach condo

We’ve stayed in this unit twice now and enjoyed it both times. The unit is big enough for our 4 person family and you can’t get much closer to the beach. There are enough amenities in the unit to make it comfortable for a week long trip, and it’s a short walk or drive to some great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Marco Island Paradise

Gorgeous views from the balcony, right on the beach, just a short walk through the pool/hot tub area to the water. Condo has everything you need, sleep soundly without neighborly noise. See dolphins frolic, pelicans dive for dinner, and the clear water of the gulf. The beach wagon was such a help toting all we had to the beach to accommodate our 4 kiddos. Stacked washer/dryer ensured clean, fresh clothes for the trip home. Safety from non condo renters is ensured through use of keys at entry/exit points (this is done for most condo associations up the beach). Easy, quick, correspondence through the broker, Melissa. The unit was very clean, layout and amenities were just as described. We visited Tigertail Beach, but personally loved the beach right in front of the condo best. The ONLY downfall to the stay, was that we had to leave! We highly recommend this unit. Enjoy!

A Little Bit of Heaven !!

Just came back from this Little Bit of Heaven! We all had a nice time once again. We have stayed in the Seawinds 3 times before but this is our first time in this unit. It was the best so far. Very Clean and bigger than the middle units. The views were simply Amazing. Just Loved It!!!

Spotless With Incredible Views!!!!!!

What a wonderful time we had. This is our second time staying in this condo and once again, it did not disappoint!!!!! We had an amazing time. The condo is light and bright. Very airy, well maintained and spotless!!! The views were even better than we remembered from last time. It is an end unit condo so the view is simply breathtaking, you couldn't be any closer to the Gulf. The sunsets were unforgettable. We so enjoyed lounging by the pool, the beach and taking in the incredible sunset from our lanai. Marco Island is also such a treasure. The shopping is great and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants. Can't wait to come back next year. If you want to be directly on the beach, with fantastic ocean views and a clean well kept condo you won't be disappointed with this unit. Simply Fantastic!!!!!!!!!
