Look at the pics and imagine...You're on the 9th floor in a direct beachfront, 2 bedroom two full bath unit in a high rise building looking over white sand for 3+1/2 miles and an endless view over the Gulf of Mexico to the horizon. During the sunny days you'll see dolphins playing in the Gulf, boaters, jet skiers, parasailers, people padding sup boards. Or wonder that beach yourself to look for sea shells.
In the evening as the sun slowly descends the western sky, your view over the Gulf changes from sunny to majestic, brilliant shades of color as the sun melts into the horizon. Keep looking as the last ray of sun sinks beyond your view, you might see the "green flash". The view has the main events but the unit inside is much to also be enjoyed.
The 1000 sq ft interior has been totally remodeled and beautifully maintained fo your enjoyment. With an open floor plan, stand in the kitchen and see past the dining and living areas to the private lanai and blue, blue, blue. The master bedroom is beachfront also with a sliding door to the lanai, king bed, ensuite bath, wall mounted flat screen TV with all linens provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for ease of cooking. All appliances include full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and all that's necessary to prepare and enjoy your meals at home when you're not out dining at one of Marco's many restaurants. Sleep 2 in the guest bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bath. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All tile flooring throughout, wifi, 3 flat screen TV's, open up double sofa in the living room, patio table and chairs and two casual chairs with foot rests. Plenty of beach equipment comes with the unit as well. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, noodles, some beach toys as well. Walk in, unpack, grab a cool beverage and begin your enjoyment. We offer grocery pick up as well so you really can begin enjoying as soon as you arrive. There is a parking fee paid to Sea Winds at check in of $50 per vehicle, one time for the full stay.
Pool and jacuzzi await you on site as well as tennis court and on site parking.
This condo is located at the southern end of Marco Island and is close and convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, ice cream shop, miniture golf, convenience store and Caxambus Park where you can see the dolphins, throw in a fishing line, watch the boats come in with their catch and if you're there during fish cleaning time you'll maybe catch a glimpse of a huge Jewfish enjoying the fisherman's shared fish during fish cleaning.
We can help you with a fishing guide, airboat tours, just ask. Also, to venture out and enjoy the history of Marco we have a museum built in replica of a Calusa Indian Village, must see! Rent a bike and tour around to see Marco upclose, dine at one of our many restaurants from casual to fine dining. You won't need for anything that Marco doesn't have to offer. Come for a week or a whole season, you'll make some wonderful memories.
