The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Introducing Bay Tree B7/8! This tastefully 2br/2ba split level condo with two balconies offers a washer and dryer! This condo is located on the second floor with no elevators access. The bedrooms are located upstairs by accessing the spiral staircase. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony! Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
