Nice property and location

Very nice property and loved the location to everything we wanted to do. The only small negative would be the mattresses were very firm. Would rent again.

Great location

A few issues (washing machine doesn’t work properly, hall bath door is VERY HARD to close and doesn’t lock, that will hopefully be addressed, but lovely home in a very nice neighborhood, conveniently located close to beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break getaway

On a scale of 1-10, I rate this location as a 10. The home is spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I loved the 3 season room off the living room. It was the perfect place to sit and read on the rainy afternoon that we had, and also a great area for the kids to play games. Would definitely like to go back again!!

Bright lights for the New Year

This is a very nice property and everything it was promised to be. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay there again and would highly recommend this property.

Great stay - family friendly home

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The house was exactly as described - well stocked, plenty of room and very close to the beach. The only room for improvement with this property would be for the pool to be heated for the shoulder seasons as it was too cold to swim in March.The property manager was very quick to reply to any questions at all and the house was spotless upon arrival.If you’re looking for a vacation at the beach, this place is perfect. In the warmer months, the pool is excellent as was.

we enjoyed a very nice three night stay here. We found it to be all that it was said to be. The beach (a short walk) was wonderful, as was the pool. The beds were all very firm, so be aware of that in case firm is not for you. There were only two minor issues that we encountered that didn't impact us, but should be noted. The garage door did not open from the outside using the keypad. We reported that. It worked fine from the inside control. The other was a communication issue that I hope Sunshine Realty (host) recognizes and resolves to avoid future confusion. I was sent emails that included confusing and conflicting info regarding parking passes. I was also told incorrect info about them on the phone. It turned out that none of the info I was given was correct. There is no need for parking passes here if you limit yourself to two vehicles and they park in the driveway, is what I was told after arriving here.As I said, these were minor issues that I mention here only to possibly help future guests. I would go back there again in a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family and dog.We loved the sunroom and once is all open in makes the living room much biggerThe comunity was very nice and quite. We loved the idea of being walking distance to the beachThe location is great.. only 3 miles from downtown St Augustine.Everything was great we really enjoy our time there.
