This Oceanview 5 Bedroom, 3 Full & 1 Half bath Home is located on a very narrow part of the island on a SOUNDFRONT rear-key lot. Ocean and Sound views are magnificent from every room!
Enjoy the Bogue Sound sandy beach and sandy bottom - great for swimming. Adjacent Public Soundfront Pier with large deck, boat slip and seating at the end. Bring your own surfboard, wind surfer, jet ski, or small boat (shallow-draft only) to enjoy the waters of the Sound. 4 Covered Decks with ample furniture, Porch Swing, Porch Rockers, and Picnic Table on the upper deck. Rx Pad is directly across Emerald Drive from the Emerald Isle Public Beach Access which makes visiting the Ocean very easy. You can walk across the street or drive across and park in the public parking area!
This property is baby friendly with pack n play, baby gates provided indoors, and a permanent baby gate on the top porch.
Ground Level: Parking. Enclosed Hot & Cold Outside Shower. Storage Room with Half Bath.
Level One: Bedroom #1 Master with Queen Bed, Private Full Bath with shower, deck access, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds, deck access, and sound views. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, deck access, and ocean views. Bedroom #4 has a Twin Bunk Bed Set. Laundry area with Washer/Dryer. Hall Full Bathroom.
Level Two: Living, Dining, and Fully Equipped Kitchen with access to decks on both sides of home. Full Bathroom on this level. Great views of the Intracoastal Waterway from rear and Ocean views from front. Bedroom #5 with King Bed. Soundside deck has permanent baby gate.
Amenities Include: 3 Smart TVs, DVD & CD Player, Child's Attachable Booster Seat without Eating Tray, High-Speed Wireless Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, Pak-N-Play and baby gates, Porch Rockers, 2 Central Heat & Air systems, Charcoal Grill, Beach Chairs and Kayak.
Please Note: The property is located on the sound side of Hwy 58.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.
