Reviewer Comments: Great location, sofa bed mattress was was ripped at the Seams and you could see the coils. Had to go buy a air mattress. Chairs at table were wobbly. Having a balcony was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bare minimum, if that. There are much nicer units in this building for the same price. No lamps, few lights. The bedroom has only one dim, far away light. This unit looks like it is not maintained at all. With very little effort and money this one would be great, especially for the money they are charging! The location was great, short walk to the main road. We just tried to stay out and not in the unit. As for check in, the automated emails were sent out when the reservation was made that stated check in details would be sent. They weren't, but were sent soon after I reached out. I read this was an issue in reviews, they still haven't worked it out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not happy with my experience. I arrived and found mold on the bathroom ceiling, the lamps were not sturdy, the electric sockets were coming out of the wall making it hard to plug anything in. The toaster oven was not in good functioning order, and one of the chairs at the table nearly really needs upgraded.

We like to be able to fix our own coffee and breakfast so this little condo totally met our needs. We could also see they were making some much needed updates but it totally meet our needs and we will definitely stay again sometime hopefully soon 😊

Bed needed help could feel springs. Pull out bed was awful thin and old. Location was great. Outdoor pool green and not working. Teenagers disappointed.

Never Again!!

The condo was dirty, the couch was about to fall apart. The chandelier was covered in dust. There was pajamas and a towel on the back of the bathroom door which leads me to believe the housekeeper was blind! Towels and bedding were dingy. Would have left but couldn’t get money back. I’ve never given a bad review but this was awful!!

Old but functional, needs updating

Reviewer Comments: The condo was evidently very old and could certainly use some updates, both in decoration and furniture. Wallpaper was ripped, couch very uncomfortable. Advertised an indoor heated pool and it was too cold. During the day men cleaning pool with loud equipment. We probably would not recommend it to family or friends.

Best location for Gatlinburg, great for short trips

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I opted for the cheapest place in downtown Gatlinburg. Always stayed in a cabin in pigeon forge because it’s cheaper and for the cabin experience. I just wanted my boyfriend to experience Gatlinburg for a couple of days on our quick getaway. We only drove when we went to pigeon forge. Not having to pay for parking was great. Walking to and from the bars was great. Super happy. The hotel was exactly what I thought it would be. Small, which is fine. Very dated, fine. The really only minus is the bathroom. That is where it had the bad patch jobs everywhere. All the piping had bad drywall around it. The shower was made for someone 4 feet tall. The water still ran out of the spigot with the shower head on which made the tub water stay at your ankles while showering. Yuck. But other than that, it was what you pay for and I was happy with it.

Want to go back to this condo.

You couldn't ask for a cleaner condo. We have stayed in this condo group several times before. So convenient to everything. We just park our car under the covering and walk one block to the parkway. Easy to avoid the congestion to the Park, too. Bed slept great. Will ask for this unit next time.
