Pequeña casa de campo frente a la playa es pies del agua y los pies de la playa Rd. donde se puede parar un autobús o andar o caminar a Vineyard Haven (1 milla) o Oak Bluffs (2 millas). puestas de sol increíble. Piano. Juegos. 3 dormitorios en planta alta, 2 con dobles y uno con dos camas individuales. Ni siquiera tiene que traer un coche! Si un miembro de la familia no puede hacer las escaleras, el sofá se abre y el baño completo se encuentra en el primer piso. Ver parasailers y transbordadores y pescadores, caminar por la playa hasta el muelle, alquiler de bicicletas, explorar la isla. O simplemente quedarse en casa y leer en el porche. Wifi, parrilla, TV. Algunas de las fotos son antes de mudarnos las escaleras a la playa. Y no puedo llegar a ser verticales, lo siento! Así se relaja en la casa. En la familia durante muchos años y lo alquila a cabo cuando no estamos allí. Hay una gran nueva sociedad de la película a menos de una milla de distancia con buenas películas nocturnas.

This was our 8th time staying at this wonderful cottage. I cannot recommend Franny and her delightful cottage enough! It’s in a great location, minutes from restaurants, stores, and beaches. You are steps from the beach with some of the most spectacular sunsets you will find. Franny is an amazing host! We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Our family had an amazing vacation at this wonderful home in Oak Bluffs. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the casual living area, well-equipped kitchen, and relaxing outdoor area.The location was perfect!Steps to the beach, close to downtown, and the ferry, but still quiet and peaceful. We made great memories here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend for families!

Simple little cottage right on the water. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great sunsets. Board games. Grill. Nice neighbors. Close to the bus stop. Frannie is super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

wonderful beach cottage in the best location!

As the owner said "if you are looking for Pottery barn feel, do not rent our house" It is truly a rustic beach cottage, but you can't beat the location!

Another great stay at the cottage!

Thank you, Franny, for another wonderful stay! This was our second time renting this property and we had a fabulous time. The location can't be beat, the beach is just perfect, and those sunsets are a major wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Amazing location

Great location. Good view of the water from backyard. Very responsive host to questions. Would highly recommend this property for staying while visiting the Vineyard.

Lovely stay!

The cottage was everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Franny was easy to contact and very responsive, friendly and polite.Just a note of caution regarding getting on Martha's Vineyard; as first timers we did not know that the ferry needed to be reserved in advance.. Fortunately, I stumbled upon that information and got a ferry that lined up with check in time. Great stay!

Perfect Birthday Trip

This was our first time on the island and Franny’s house was perfect. The location was wonderful- right in between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. The buses were free this summer so that is how we got around the island. The house was just as described and pictured in the listing and Franny was a wonderful host. The thing we enjoyed most was the water right outside your back door. We visited the other beaches on the island but there is nothing better than stepping off the back deck and the water being right there. We would definitely book Franny’s house again.

Amazing vacation

This our third summer renting from Franny and it was another fantastic week. The location of the house is perfect, we love being right on the beach. And the drive to Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs is quick and easy. We are so sad to leave!

Private Beach Delight

Exactly as advertised. Just a quick drive to Main Street Vineyard Haven or downtown Oak Bluffs. The back deck is private and beach is breathtaking. Looking forward to coming back.

Marthas Vineyard

We had a really nice time on the island. The house was just what we expected with a beautiful view. Franny was very helpful and we loved the little touches that were added to the house to make us feel welcome.

Beautiful view

Thank you Franny for a wonderful stay! The deck looking over the water is absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for. We loved sitting out there and watching the boats. We hope to come back again next summer.

Spectacular Ocean View

We had an awesome time just sitting on the deck, which was just steps to the water, watching the ferry boats come and go, not to mention the sea gulls and occasional fish jumping out of the water. The sunsets were beautiful too. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best location

Basic but charming cottage. Spent most of the time on the front deck watching all the activity in the bay. Well worn, not fancy, but comfortable.

Great two weeks

The cottage was exactly as described. Perfect location. Beautiful to hang out and hear the waves crash and the sunset. Easy walk into town. Great new washer and dryer as well as stove. We loved it and we hope to return ❤️

Our stay on Martha's vinyard

It was advertised correctly. No pottery barn accents here. This is a charming cottage right on the bay with fantastic view. It has all you need for comfortable stay. It has that 50's / 60's charm. FFranny was very help

Wonderful Family Memories

Franny’s house quickly became a magical and special spot for our family. It’s in an excellent location and the beach access when you open the back door is everything we wanted. The kids couple play in the sand and swim in the water. We brought out SUP and had a great time paddle boarding around. We can’t wait until next year!
