Swiss House is a 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Oceanfront home located in beautiful Atlantic Beach. This property features High Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected on the go. Looking for the perfect property for your next vacation? Well look no further because Swiss House has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach.
Level One: Living room with two couches, two chairs, deck access and flat screen TV. Dining room seating 8. Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 5 bar stools. Decks off this level, covered and uncovered with outdoor furniture. Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and TV. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk. Bedroom #1 and #2 share the bathroom on this level, which has a shower/tub combo.
Level Two: Bedroom #3 has a King bed and TV. Bathroom can be private for bedroom #3 with double sinks and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 has a twin bunk with shared bath. Bedroom #5 Master King bed, TV, sitting area, deck access and private bath with double sinks and walk in shower.
Additional Amenities: 4 Flat Screen TV¡s, 1 Blu-Ray Player, TV that is internet enabled allowing for Roku, Netflix and Amazon account sign ins, Outdoor Shower, Private Beach Walkway, Covered Decks, Deck Furniture & Washer/Dryer in garage. Grilling only allowed in driveway. 5 parking spots available, 2 in garage and 3 in driveway.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
