Enjoy this beautiful new contemporary lake house right on Lake Erie. Plenty of room for your vacation with over 200 feet of lakefront, gorgeous views and sunsets on over 2 acres of land. Featuring a stunning architectural renovation and addition with an open floor plan with great room that features a combination kitchen and living room that opens up to a large patio with a large (8' x 8') overhead glass door and (2) sliding doors. Incredible views with lots of windows and daylight! The kitchen, living room and large outdoor patio all open up to each other to create a fantastic gathering space for families and friends. The living room features a large 70" HDTV with cable and Wi-Fi.
A wonderful space to enjoy large family gatherings complete with a grill and firepit. Additionally, there is a secondary wood deck. Enjoy yard games such as cornhole or washer toss, throw around the football or have a friendly game of soccer in the front yard. (2) kayaks are provided for your convenience.
This property is conveniently located 5 minutes to the village of Silver Creek that features a small beach and a boat/kayak launch along with various restaurants and retail for your convenience. The iconic Sunset Bay with its spectacular beaches and bars/restaurants is only an 8 minute drive away. Additionally, this property is located in close proximity to many wineries and vineyards.
There are (4) bedrooms that can sleep 9 plus an additional sleeper sofa for a maximum accommodation of 11. Additionally (2) full Bathrooms are provided along with in-house washer/dryer. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking appliances and kitchen wear.
This lakeside property is completely enclosed with a fence for your safety and convenience as the property is on a bank approx. 35' above the water (there is no direct water access from the property).
