Start your adventure by unwinding on the stunning 17-mile stretch of white sandy beaches that New Smyrna Beach is renowned for or fishing from your dock steps away from the home. Whether you're sunbathing, building sandcastles, or catching waves, this beach is perfect for both relaxation and water sports including paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating.

A very short drive from the home, Stroll through the historic downtown area with its quaint shops, boutiques, and art galleries. Don't miss Canal Street and Flagler Avenue for local shopping and dining experiences including bars and live music. You can also try out a large variety of other local attractions including the many craft and local fairs, the picturesque Ponce Inlet lighthouse, Sugar Mill Ruins, the beacon movie theater, or the New Smyrna Beach golf courses.
Dolphin Daydream is also a short walk from the State Park beach.

You will have private access to the entire home throughout your stay. The code to the house will be provide prior to check in to allow a seamless check in process. The pool and community amenities are steps from your home and are shared with the complex. The home is on the first floor and wheelchair accessible.

Dolphin Daydream is the BEST in the complex! Located on the first floor on a corner with complete unparalleled open views of the intercoastal waterway, marina, and pool where you can see breathtaking sunsets and watch the pods of dolphins playing in the water every day directly from your living room. It has the best views! It’s also the largest unit of the complex at 2200ft2. Being on the first floor you’re just steps away from swimming in the heated pool, grilling some dinner for the group, fishing from the dock, or playing tennis/pickleball. The entire home was just newly remodeled and new furniture to let you fully immerse into the beachy Florida surroundings.

Once you’re here, it’s easy to see why our home is named Dolphin Daydream. With pods of dolphins swim DAILY in the cove directly in front of the home, you can see them playing, jumping, breaching out of the water and chasing fish directly from your living room or the wrap around porch.

Unfortunately, Condo rules do not allow pets for renters and rental conditions are required to be signed prior to stay, thank you. Per local and Condo rules, we ask all guests to sign a rental condition and provide a copy of their government-issued ID.

You will be very close to Flagler Avenue, the Beach, and Canal St. Driving is easy in this quaint town. Uber and Lyft operate in New Smyrna Beach as well.

There is a parking spot directly in front of the unit. Visitor passes should be displayed on the car and will be provided to you upon check-in!
