Located in the gated community of The Villages at New Smyrna Marina, this brand new construction 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home offers a full-service marina, restaurant, pool, and hot tub. This "key-west style" home is just 1 mile from Flagler Ave, beach entrance and 2 miles from The Garlic. The spacious home offers 3 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, as well as an upstairs and downstairs balcony to take in the views complete with an outdoor grill.
Enjoy this clean, home built in 2020 in the gated community of The Villages at New Smyrna Marina, steps from Outriggers Tiki Bar and Grille and New Smyrna Marina. Guests have access to boat slip rentals, boat rentals, pool, and hot tub.

The main level includes a 2 story foyer with a bright staircase, a powder bathroom, a large kitchen with a gas stove and a walk-in pantry, and a living room. Off the living room enjoy your own private patio with dining table and grill.

Upstairs features a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer and 3 spacious bedrooms each with its own attached bathroom and wall-mounted TV.

This condo is beautiful, we enjoyed it so much. Location is great, waling distance to Canal Street historic district as well as Flagler street. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A New Place for Vacations

Excellent in all regards; house, location, marina, grounds, parking, dining. Communication with the property manager was the best I have ever seen. We typically go to the Keys with 8 to 10 in our group. I believe we will be going to New Smyrna in the future.

Sweet surprise

We loved as we walked into the front door a welcoming sweet surprise! All mouths dropped to the floor with delight and we were so happy. It’s hard to find quality today; but we found a treasure. The pure fact that the restaurant was just feet away is a plus. We spent hours looking at the intercostal enjoying our outside view. Perfect location with easy access. New Smyrna Beach and New Smyrna is minutes away. The house was clean and everything was top of the line. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved spending time on the patio. There was more than enough space in this home. Excellent find!!! We will rent again.

Amazing property and location.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful - and proximity to everything was perfect. So cool to have Outriggers right there. We could swim after dinner while listening to live music. Highly recommend renting a golf cart since it’s a short ride over bridge to beach and Flagler Ave/restaurants. We definitely want to come back!

This property is absolutely amazing!! We had a perfect trip. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It is in a great location, close to everything in New Smyrna Beach. We enjoyed staying in the neighborhood and eating at Outriggers too! Communication was very fast and easy. We honestly couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked, the furnishings are lovely, the location is top notch. He perfect distance between Flagler and Canal. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful property

Wonderful home to stay in for our trip to the beach. Home was new, clean and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Although we didnt walk to the beach from the house it was an easy drive to get there. Very quick. Great restaurant on site and pool for the kids. Other restaurants close by. Would stay here again if we return. Great communication.

Great Place

We brought our boat and really enjoyed the ease of the Marina and how close the townhome was. The condo was beautifully decorated and had lots of supplies. I would highly recommend this condo.

This Marina area property is wonderful!

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this one was one of our favorites in NSB! It's a perfect location if you want a convenient drive to the beach (5 min) & Flagler Ave (3 min) but enjoy a more quiet part of town while staying in a gated quaint community by the water. We loved being in walking distance to the Marina and enjoyed having several great businesses close by and only steps from Outriggers! This new beautifully decorated home is very comfortable and provided plenty of space for our family of 6. Each bed was very comfortable and having a private pretty bath in each bedroom was so great! Plenty of closet and storage space too! We will definitely be back soon and plan to return many times in the future!
