Muy cerca de la playa y el paseo marítimo a 1 cuadra, unidad de segundo piso condominio casa de 2 dormitorios, porche con amplios asientos de mimbre, sala de estar, comedor, dos dormitorios, cocina recién remodelada, baño con bañera y ducha, ducha exterior cerrado, lavadero exterior , dos bicicletas de paseo marítimo, 6 etiquetas de playa, dormitorio principal tiene cama matrimonial, segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles, salón sofá de la sala puede convertirse en una cama doble y una silla en la sala de estar se puede convertir en una cama individual. Televisión en la sala de estar es un televisor de plasma con cable premium con HBO, Showtime, Inicia, Cinemax, DVR y películas a la carta, un dormitorio cada uno tiene TV con cable ampliado. La sala tiene un equipo de sonido con cambiador de 6 CD. Este ha sido un gran lugar de vacaciones de verano para nuestra familia, nos encanta que sea como el paseo a la playa y paseo marítimo y un lugar tan excelente, con el tío Bill Pancake House a sólo una cuadra detrás de nosotros y Mercado de Blitz en el mismo lugar, es tan gran causa que se obtiene aquí que realmente no tienen que salir a menos que desee. Así que agradable y relajante

the best!

we had one of the best vacations this past week staying at this property! nancy was an amazing host and the house was the perfect house for our beach vacation. it's so close to the beach, the boardwalk, the cutest coffee donut place, uncle bills for breakfast, aunt betty's for ice cream and blitz's for lunch and other snacks!!! we already want to rent it again for next year!!!

Beautiful property

This property truly has everything you need, and more, for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s a charming wooden home, with a quiet, peaceful porch perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The location is ideal: just 2-3 short blocks from the ocean and close to everything you might want to explore.Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Nancy was warm, thoughtful and gracious; her hospitality made us feel instantly at home. Perfect vacation rental

Location was awesome with just a quick 1-2 min walk to the beach which was super helpful with a little one on the trip. We could easily go back and forth to the beach with the provided tags and had many food places within a few minutes walk. Having a private driveway was also super helpful during the trip.

Place was super clean but all four of us are almost 6 feet or a little bit over and the age of the property made comfort difficult. Also, they did not offer blankets for the beds. We had to buy one for my daughter, who can’t sleep without a blanket. Despite all this we had a really great week and a lot of fun. If you don’t have height issues it’s a great place. Downstairs and next door neighbors were so nice.Great vibe!

Great vacation

Well appointed rental with many appreciated extras like beach tags and bikes. The covered porch was our favorite place to hang out. Location is great, 5 min walk to beach, ice cream, donut shop, deli.

Great location

We’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back because it’s located 2 short blocks from the beach and has a lovely front porch that is great for morning coffee, late afternoon reading and just generally hanging out. The hosts are readily available and very helpful, for any question or problem.

Great Location

This was our 2nd time staying at Nancy’s cottage. It was a great family vacation! We love using the bikes to ride the boards everyday. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach tags are included,too.

What a great week!!

This house was so cute and clean and the location was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach and right around the corner from Nautical donuts, uncle bills pancake house, blitz’s market and aunt Betty’s ice cream! We’ll be back next year!

Fun Week!

Great location! Second floor afforded cool breezes throughout day/night. No AC needed! Very clean. Beach tags & bikes were handy. Overall, we had a super fun week in OCNJ.

Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Nancy’s beautiful cottage beach house! The cottage was super clean with a well appointed kitchen. The location couldn’t be better. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We rode the two bikes that were provided on the boards every day. When a bike needed a new tire, Nancy’s husband came right away and took care of it. The porch was my favorite place to relax. Great experience!

Location is great but the descriptions are misleading

The description says there are 2 double beds in the second room. That is a lie. There are 2 futons. By definitiona bed has a mattress at minimum. The futons are extremely uncomfortable and did quite a number on our backs. The owner provided a very thin sheet that she called a mattress pad but this does not help at all. The carpet smells a bit and the space is very cramped. The kitchen is tiny. The bathroom is miniscule. There is an outdoor shower which was great. The doors of the apartment (even when locked) blow open randomly - I woke up at 330am one morning and the front door was wide open. Overall the place needs to be updated, the description of the "beds" in the second room is a lie and the apartment is very small. I base reviews on whether I would go back again and the answer is NO. I would stay far away from this rental.

lovely, clean respite

We very much appreciated our stay--the place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked (more than other places we've stayed at in terms of pots and pans and dishes), and Nancy was so helpful and very easy to access. Easy walk to the beach, quiet part of town--great location. Central air conditioning a great plus.

Great bresch house.

Our stay was wonderful. Can’t beat the location. So close to beach and right next to little market with tasty breakfast sandwiches. Aunt Betty’s ice cream and Nauti Donuts right there and so good. too. Unit is like other reviewers state, older unit, but well maintained and very clean with a kitchen that was recently redone. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. Nice having off street parking. Can’t go wrong this beach house.

Great stay for a week!

Our family stayed here for a week and just loved it! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The porch was one of our favorite places to sit and it’s so close to the beach, boardwalk and several restaurants. We found the condo clean and ready for our use with all the items in the kitchen we needed. Definitely worth a stay!!!

Very convenient location. Older beach cottage style with updated kitchen. Second bedroom had futons and the living room couch is a futon. It was nice that the unit comes with 2 bikes. Close to the beach.

Nice Place to Stay

The unit was older but very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. I would recommend staying there.

The Dougherty’s were great to deal with. The place is perfectly located close to the beach and boardwalk, but not in downtown. I’d definitely recommend this place and will go back.

Family Weekend Escape to the beach

Wonderful home in a convenient, but quiet location

Our family had a wonderful vacation! Perfect place - fantastic location - quiet - but not far from the "action", clean, a host of amenities with the rental - parking too! We would definitely come back. Nancy Dougherty was great to work with.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Such a great location. We are at the beginning of the boardwalk away from the downtown and amusements of the boardwalk but just a short walk to get to them. Only one block to boardwalk and beach entrance and we are located on the corner of 22nd Street and Central Avenue. Ocean City just has everything you need. We just love the beach and we have plenty of white sand beaches here for relaxing, we love biking and we have plenty of safe routes for bikes here, the boardwalk till noon and the entire town is only a few houses deep per block with an alley that travels behind them on every block which makes for plenty of bike routes. We like the fact that if we do want some additional night time entertainment Atlantic City is located over the Long Port Bridge.
Ocean City is a great family town with all the benefits being close to other attractions, just a great place to relax at the Jersey Shore.
