Perfectly located just a short walk from downtown Topinabee, you can find a cafe, a market, a bar, and a local restaurant to sample. The North Central Trail is located just steps from the cottages. Bring your bikes and walking shoes to enjoy miles of maintained trails. You'll also be a short drive to Indian River (six miles) and Cheboygan (13 miles). Within 35 miles, you can reach popular tourist destinations in Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island and ferry, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs.

Inside you’ll feel right at home in the cozy, wood-panelled living area featuring plush seating and charming, rustic decor. Snuggle up with a good book on the sofa or play card games at the table. A full kitchen hosts modern appliances and everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals with ease. Or have a barbecue while soaking up some sun with friends! After dinner, relax on the shared dock during sunset or gather around the firepit for s’mores under the stars. Please note that this property does not have A/C.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is no television in this home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: One camera points the shared yard.

Dock details: Two large docks to share between the four cottages. Four moorings (one for each cottage).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
