Esta casa es una residencia privada frente al mar moderna de 2600 pies cuadrados, contemporánea, moderna y totalmente equipada.

SOLO PARA PERSONAS ADULTAS: no apto para niños / familias con niños menores de 16 años. Las habitaciones para dormir incluyen dos habitaciones en el piso superior que pueden acomodar hasta 5 personas (camas gemelas, cama queen size + camas individuales para un quinto huésped). Ambas habitaciones comparten una gran terraza con vista panorámica del océano. Las áreas comunes de la casa incluyen una amplia sala de estar / comedor, cocina moderna, sala de TV / medios y una sala de lavandería totalmente equipada.

Las comodidades incluyen una bañera de hidromasaje en una habitación y un ascensor. La gran cubierta del piso principal abarca todo el ancho de la casa mientras mira hacia el océano para ofrecer magníficas vistas diarias de la puesta del sol. Las escaleras de la cubierta conducen directamente a la playa de arena blanca.

Ladies long weekend

We really enjoyed staying here. We found snacks supplied in several locations; a nice touch. We all had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach is great, couldn't be any closer. The check in/check out process is a breeze. Would have liked the bedrooms to be on the 3rd floor rather than the 4th floor. Window treatments in the main living room would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants to enjoy beach living.

Paradise on the Beach

Everything about staying at this property was heavenly. The host Diane is incredibly responsive and helpful. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a beach vacation right on the water. The views of the gulf and the sunset right from the deck were magical. You can walk for miles on the pristine white sand beach any time day or night. It couldn’t have been a better week!

Great house. Great location. Great host.

Can't say enough about this house and Diane, the host. This was our second time staying here and I imagine it's not our last. House sits right on the sand, just steps from the water on what feels like your own private beach. Inside everything is amazing, down to the art work on the walls. We had an incident this year with the AC on one of the floors and Dianne had someone there and everything fixed within an hour. Never had a host so attentive. We were also there when a hurricane was scheduled to come through. Diane checked in on us, and kept us updated the whole time over text message about what to expect. She even offered to let us stay for a free additional day/night in the event we had problems with flights getting out because of the backlogged travel due to the weather. You won't go wrong booking this house.

I cannot say enough first about the host, Diane. Her communication was extremely prompt and always accessible. She was very kind and patient with the millions of questions I had. Secondly, I cannot say enough about the home. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed and everything was so clean. We go on a beach trip once a year for the past 17 years and this is by far the most comfortable and cleanest places we have ever stayed at. Finally, the views. I cannot say enough how relaxing it was to hear and see the ocean and the incredible sunsets. Also, the accessibility to the beach which is literally steps away was perfect! Thank you Diane for making our family beach trip this year, easy by always being available. The location, cleanliness and items you provided and had in your house for us to use made our stay extremely enjoyable. The only thing I wish is that it didn't take us 9 hours to get there, however it was worth every minute of our drive.

The Perfect Beach House

This beautiful beach house is right on the beach with the best view of a Port St. Joe sunset. It is so well stocked with everything you need, it is clean & organized, and so cozy. Diane is so easy to communicate with & is readily available to help with any concerns you have. We have stayed here several times & will be back.

Best Beach House Ever!

We have stayed at many houses and this is our favorite. The covered porch has comfortable furniture and a table with the most beautiful view to listen to the waves. Walk down the stairs and about 80 steps your on the beach! The house has everything you could possibly need and is very clean. Nice sidewalk for riding bikes and park with pickle ball courts a couple minutes down the street. Big beautiful ocean view from living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Movie room was fun at night! Thank you Diane for making everything so easy and seamless. Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Had a nice relaxing stay at the beach. I woke up and went for a walk on the beach in the mornings. Had my breakfast and coffee watching the water. Packed my beach bag and sometimes included a lunch and headed back down to the beach and stayed until late afternoon when it was time for afternoon coffee. I was on vacation so I kept the cooking to a minimum (drop biscuits, chicken wraps and oatmeal). Everything in the kitchen worked well; the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. This was our second time staying in this house. It is beautiful and comfortable. It is in a good location; close to Mexico Beach and not far from Port St Joe. I would not hesitate to book this house again. I really appreciate the artificial, automatic and very realistic looking candles throughout the house; especially those in the stairwells. Those were very handy when coming in after dark.

Wonderful Vacation

Diane has a wonderful beach house, we visited in Aug 2020 and again in July 2023. I can't say enough good things about this beach house, if you are not happy with this place youll never be happy anywere, end of story. House is wonderful, beach is wonderful, everything is wonderful. you cannot go wrong with this place. my daughter has high standards and this is her favorite vacation spot by far and we have been to Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, & St Croix so that should tell you how wonderful this place is, it's truly outstanding. But seriously, please remember to leave us some room for next year. The Newell Family

Best Vacation we have every had on the beach!

We cannot say enough about our experience. First, we have never rented from a nicer person than Diane. She went out of her way to make our stay as lovely as possible. On the first day, the drain to the air conditioner was clogged , and an air conditioning company had to be called. I was no ones fault, but Diane sent us a basket of goodies to show her thankfulness. WOW! The location of this property is as good as any on Mexico Beach. We hardly left. From the distance to the beach to the sunsets...wow. And Diane allowed us to use everything to include her chairs. We have alot of experience with these rental deals, and sometimes you leave the experience wondering if you got the "bang for your buck." We go the "bang for our buck" and way way more. Thanks Diane, it was so awesome we did not want to leave.

Beautiful views

Wonderful beach house right on the water. The views from the deck and balcony were calming. The house itself was clean and well decorated. The added touch of de-humidifiers was genius and kept the air in the house crisp. Overall, we had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the house, the location, and the views!

Grand view

We enjoyed our time at this house. Details which set it a notch above other locations we have stayed include but are in no way limited to: being well stocked with everyday essentials, clean, working appliances and fixtures, open and roomy layout, grand view and private access to the white sand beach, positioned in a quiet location, and the porch facing the beach was perfect for relaxing. The town of Port St. James is laid-back with a variety of restaurants and shops. We found the owner to be extremely accommodating when we requested an extra evening stay, which was much appreciated.

Delightful cottage. Great location.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location. The house faces west for amazing sunsets. Kitchen well equipped compared to others I’ve seen. Fireplace was welcome due to unseasonably cold weather. Do consider the elevator upgrade. There are many stairs.

Amazing Home!

This is an amazing vacation home! There are so many small details that make this a wonderful place to stay. Not to mention it was very clean and well organized. There are lights and candles that turn on automatically at night and diffusers in different places in the home that provide a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need to cook and entertain. There is a closet full of beach chairs and gear. The owner provided snacks in the office nook and drinks and candy in the movie room. The interior artwork and decor create a very eclectic/elegant space and we loved it! But, the best part of the home is the porch facing the ocean. We started and finished our days there. After each beautiful sunset, a million stars appear. We even saw a falling star! The beach is as close to private as you can get. There were only a few families on the beach with lots of space in between during the week. The water was clear as glass most days with beautiful white sand. There are a lot of stairs in the home, but the bedrooms on the third floor have a great shared porch with an amazing view. There are lots of great places to eat. We enjoyed walking in downtown Port St. Joe and downtown Apalachicola. Both were very unique with great places to eat and shop. In downtown Port St. Joe, we loved the Uptown Raw Bar and Grill, Peter’s Pizzeria, and Shoobie’s Ice Cream. In Apalachicola, we loved The Station Raw Bar. We went to Cape San Blas one day and visited the state park there. It was well worth the trip. We ate at The Smokehouse there and it was fabulous. I would highly recommend this property and I hope we get to return in the near future! Many thanks to Diane for sharing her home and to Tammy for making sure everything was just right!

Amazing again!

This is the second time we have come and we love it! The beach is quiet, the property is clean and well taken care of. The owner and caretaker are easy to work with and very helpful!
