The dining table seats 4, expandable with an extra leaf, while the living room features a new 55” Smart Frame TV and a gas fireplace.The main level includes a convenient half bath and a small mudroom for your beach gear or coats.

Head upstairs to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds with resort-quality linens. The primary bedroom boasts a Smart TV, ample storage, and a captivating view – perfect for sunset enthusiasts. The second bedroom provides a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. Enjoy hi-speed internet throughout the condo. The newly remodeled full bathroom on this level includes a tub and shower combination, as well as a front-loading stackable washer/dryer.

Every guest receives a starter set of supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and hand soap. Bed linens feature down duvets, with the option for hypoallergenic bedding upon prior request.

Please note: Exterior security cameras, including a ring doorbell, ensure your safety. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Access to the lake is not available directly from the condo in winter and when the dock is lifted in fall through spring.

Guest will have access to the entire condo unit. They will also be allowed use of the day dock for drop off/pick up. Guest will be given access to the pool as well as the tennis/pickle ball courts. No access to lake directly from condo in the winter time and when the dock is lifted in fall through the spring.

This is a shared space overall with condominium units next door and below. We ask that you be respectful. Our neighbors are also friends. NH Meals and Rental Tax License 104378
