Beautiful, completely renovated home overlooking Meredith Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee! Walking distance to downtown Meredith attractions, with restaurants, bars, movie theater, town docks, tennis courts, and grocery store all within .5 miles.

Our beautiful 3 story home is the perfect place to spend your summer lakeside vacation, or family ski trip. This vacation rental is for the apartment on the 1st floor of the home. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the home are another apartment which has a completely different entrance, to allow for complete privacy! We have rented the upper apartment for 6 years on VRBO and we have 100 5-Star reviews! If you are interested in the upstairs apartment, or perhaps renting both, that is property #669430 on VRBO. Enjoy a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, dining area, living room, and 1.5 baths, two bedrooms and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Also enjoy our beautiful porch and grilling area with views of Meredith Bay!

Pull right into the driveway and in front of your door... if you choose to drive. The luxury of this downtown Meredith home is that it has everything you would need within walking distance, and for the views you need not leave the house! Relax on the front porch, or have a BBQ on the front lawn. Across the bay, visit a marina and rent a jet ski or boat. Or, visit a luxury spa for the day. Come see all the picturesque town of Meredith has to offer!

We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark).

Perfect lake getaway!

My family of 4 and dog enjoyed our lakeside stay over New Years! Close to restaurants, grocery stores and 15 minutes to Gunstock! Would definitely come back!

Absolutely perfect! Great location. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family and outdoor space for kids to play. Host replaced gas grill within an hour of us letting them know it wasn’t cooking properly. Loved screened in porch for relaxing and for storing all our outdoor equipment. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place

Very nice stay. The only thing we wish would have happened is salt & sanding of the driveway and steps. It was glare ice and dangerous.

Clean, quiet and convenient!

Don’t let the location of this home turn you away. It’s a 2 minute drive from downtown, hotels, etc. We stayed here with our dog who typically doesn’t do well when traveling, however, he did so well and felt at home. Extremely clean and spacious and we would 100% book again!

Weekend getaway

Location was perfect. It was walking distance to beaches and also shops/ restaurants. We brought our jet skis and it was a 10 min ride to the boat launch. House was beautiful and very clean! I am 100% hopefully renting again next year for our vacation

Walkable location

All you have to do is park your car in the drive way and walk to Meredith restaurants, park and docks. It must be a fabulous location for the July 4 fireworks. The photos do not do it justice. We were very happy and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck in early morning and evening with the lake view.

Wonderful Place!

Everything about this home was perfect for our winter get away. Check in was simple. Besides being in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful Meredith Bay, the house was clean, bright, and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed and the primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Our stay was only two days but it would be perfect for longer stays too with plenty of closet space and storage. Summer visitors would enjoy the big screened porch and wrap around covered porch. We look forward to coming again!

We purchased the home from my Great-Grandparents, who had previously lived here since the 1950's. We have done a complete remodel: new electrical, windows, plumbing, flooring, kitchen, etc. Everything in the house is brand new. The views from the apartment are absolutely amazing!
