Comfy and cozy 1BR downstairs apt with King sized bed, centrally located for fun

This conveniently located, private apt has its own driveway and separate entrance to a beautiful downstairs unit that is a part of a two story home (Upstairs is completely locked off so neither party can enter the other unit, they can be rented together to accommodate larger parties of 8 total). Located easily accessible to the beaches, restaurants, golf, aquarium, zoo, shopping etc. in the Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Pete and Tampa areas. You will find everything you need to feel at home in this apt.

Living room right off of kitchen and entry area has comfy seating to accommodate you for reading, watching TV, while still being around your loved one that maybe cooking. Kitchen is well stocked with all dishes, pots and pans, utensils, basic spices, etc. It has a microwave convection oven, 2 burner induction cooktop and even a countertop dishwasher, a Reverse Osmosis water filter system and a full size fridge. If anything is needed send a quick text and I can try to provide what is needed. Bedroom, one step down, is located off the kitchen, there you will find a very comfortable Tempur pedic King size bed, with nightstands, lamps and a full size dresser and large Roku TV for those lazy evenings of watching TV in bed. Located in the back of apt so it's quiet and cool for a good nights sleep. Bathroom has full size walk in shower with body wash and shampoo for your stay. Laundry is shared with us and located in the garage (next to the bedroom) and available for stays of a week or longer.

Parking in your separate private shell drive with privacy fence at the entry, gives you a nice feeling of separation from the rest of the house and guests. Courtyard with personal seating area outside your entry with table and 2 chairs, gives a nice serene atmosphere to sip on morning coffee or enjoy a warm balmy afternoon in privacy. We have a gas griddle/Blackstone you may use in your little courtyard area.

SRQ-Sarasota/Bradenton 20-30 minutes
PIE-Clearwater/St. Pete 40-50 minutes
TPA-Tampa 45-60 minutes
Times dependent on time of day

Also close attractions include many beaches 30-50 minutes away, Anna Maria Island has Holmes Beach, Coquina, Bradenton Beach and south we have Lido Key, and world famous Siesta Key in Sarasota. St Pete and Clearwater Beaches, are just over the Skyway Bridge, etc. So many stretches of white powdery sandy beaches, you can try a different beach each day if you choose.
