Pool House with Stunning Views

Great location with incredible views. The pool was fantastic on hot days. The place as a whole is a bit run down, but was very clean, with lots of beds and bathrooms, pool table and hot tub. Could use an umbrella on the deck table as the sun beats down on that sunny side. Otherwise very comfortable with a huge kitchen with everything needed to cook for a crowd. We were missing dish soap for some reason but the care taker rushed over with some immediately. We would definitely stay again!

Nice getaway

It’s was a nice weekend getaway. The mountain view was absolutely gorgeous. Host was very responsive which was great. Hot tub was nice. Would definitely be back.

Beautiful view!

This was a great house for a group. Beautiful view and exterior with the deck and pool. Loved being able to have a fire and roast marshmellows! Deer came right up to the house and in the yard. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The living area and games room was great! The only thing we found a bit awkward was that there was no main bathroom. The only bathrooms were inside bedrooms so you always had to go into someone's room to use the bathroom. And there was one room without a bathroom so at night it was very awkward for the person without a bathroom to have to go into someones room while they were sleeping to use the bathroom.

Great time

Group of 8 all adults over 18 we had a great time. Using the pool and hottub, when we weren’t at the house we went over to cultus lake. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing View, comfortably fits large groups

This was a great spot with tons of space to host a large group of people. We easily slept 19 with no problem. The view was incredibly and the pool was a great viewing spot. Would definitely recommend again.

Peaceful Gateway

Perfect location for a getaway with friends or family. Loved having so many single beds and the kitchen had everything we needed! The hot tub and pool were a fun bonus! Andre was great with communication and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

Bachelorette in the woods!

We had a wonderful time at this location. It’s perfect for large groups with multiple rooms and bathrooms. The view is AMAZING! We were nice and close to a hiking location and really enjoyed our outdoors time (even though it poured rain). Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Property!

We would definitely stay here again! Very private and the views were breath taking! The hosts were also very responsive and quick to check in to ensure everything was to our liking ! It’s definitely a trek to get into town so I would make sure to have everything you need prior to your arrival. 100% recommend !

Perfect for a group getaway

Came here with a large group and everyone had a good time. You can enjoy the amazing mountain views while relaxing in the pool or the hot tub. The place was clean as well and you can see some cute deers in the morning. The games room was a nice touch. Andre was really nice and very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Best place to stay for big family/friends

My friends and I stayed here last year and Andre have done some renovations. We love the new renovation. And as always, Andre has always been very accommodating with my group’s needs. The place’s view for winter time is sooooo beautiful too! 🥰 Thank you so much Andre for hosting us again! We had an awesome stay, as always🥰

Weekend stay

The place was perfect for me and my friends to just hang out during the weekend . Plenty of space for everyone . Hot tub was always warm , bbq was a little old but worked great . Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils necessary. Beds were very comfortable and clean . Would recommend to anyone . And would love to come back and take advantage of the pool this time when it’s open for summer . Host was very helpful in any issue or question we had . Thanks Andre

Great View, Great Pool, Rental House

We spent one week at this property in August,2014. We were 3 families. The view is great, the pool and hot tub are great, the house is in need of a lot of repairs. The property has been rented out a lot and there are many broken or patched pieces in most rooms. There is one double bed upstairs and one downstairs (this is different than what is on the web site). If you are okay with rustic this is the place for you.

Mountain escape

We were falling over ourselves over the view. The place was as advertised. The hot tub and pool made for a really fun weekend. It had some clear wear and tear and wasn’t perfect, but we didn’t mind much (pool table was a very small version with no cue chalk; renos ongoing throughout the house which the host warned us about; one of two fridges didn’t work even when plugged in). Andre was an excellent host - responsive and proactive, and was kind enough to allow us some flexibility for our check-out time. We would definitely come back, or try her other property.

Great Group Get Away Spot with Amazing View

The location is great tucked away from the city with an amazing view. The place was a perfect size for a large group with lots of space for everyone. Lots of room to cook in the kitchen and bbq on the deck. The pool was a great add on to have in the summer heat. The property itself is a great location and house but does need some further upkeep as it is looking a bit run down in parts. Check in process we were given the wrong code for the door and had trouble at first contacting the host as there is very little reception there. Contact host was very helpful and quick to help resolve any issues.

Great family retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were a multi-generation group of 4 adults and two children. We were joined later in our rental by another family of 2 adults and two more children. Having lots of space and bedrooms was a great feature of this property. Unfortunately the water in the swimming pool was too cold for it to be focus of our late August vacation than we had hoped for. But instead we used the hot tub a lot more than we expected. The kitchen and house were well-equipped for our group of 10. We especially enjoyed our meals on the outdoor deck. The owner was very helpful during our stay when we had problems with the satellite WiFi which can be a little problematic (as to be expected).

Beautiful escape from the city!

Beautiful relaxing home! This is a great choice if you want to get out of the city and have a relaxing weekend away without having to travel too far. The house is well stocked and has a great layout with lots of bedrooms for big groups. If you're traveling with a group of couples, keep in mind that many of the bedrooms have twin beds and they are not really set up to be easily converted into kings as is implied in the ad. There are beautiful views of the mountains and a gorgeous pool and hot tub deck. There is some nice hiking nearby too. The hosts are very nice and will do their best to help. They came by the house several times during our stay, which was not a big deal, but it is a little harder to relax and make yourself at home when the owners are there or may be showing up at any moment. All in all, a great experience!

Dumpy country house

The day we were supposed to arrive the owner says that the fireplaces which are in all photos, can all of a sudden can’t be used because of a change of insurance companies. We were looking forward to using one of them. We did have a fire outside. Pool table looked like it was falling apart we did not use. CD player didn’t work kids wanted to watch a short movie. Light pendants far from island were small and filthy. No light on stovetop removed all together. Hard to see in kitchen. Hot tub outside was hot but no jets. Blind above bed in red and white room main floor was filthy. I tried to open it. Bathrooms were ok finishing work not great. View was great. Hair dryer short out cut on cord near handle sparks happened. They claimed they had a cleaning company come in , they need to do more detailed work. There was a rotting car in driveway should be towed. I don’t know what else to say not up to our standards. We will not go back or recommend to anyone else. I think that we deserve some compensation.
