Resort Construction Notice
During your stay, you may notice construction as the resort enhances the pool deck, relocates cabanas, and prepares for the new water slide. The main pool and the 5th-floor Sorrento pool will remain open.
While some smaller pools and the kids’ pool are being updated, the resort is expanding the beach area with additional chairs, lounge seating, games, kids’ activities, volleyball, and spikeball. Dining venues remain open as usual.

Hotel Fees (Paid Directly to Resort):

There has been a slight change to the check in process for upcoming reservations. You will now check in at the Owner Services Desk on the 7th floor, and a representative From MAK Realty team will meet you in the lobby to assist with the process and ensure a smooth arrival. Please note that Owner services desk closes at 7:00 PM. If you arrive after 6:30 PM, you may need to check in at the front desk, and the hotel will charge $75 late check in fee to your account at checkout.

Also, please note that a credit card is required to check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day. if no charges are made to the suite during your stay, the full amount will be credited back to your card after check out.


Booking Notes:

3–4 night minimum stay is typical, but shorter stays may be accepted depending on availability—feel free to ask!
